  • the central hinge element 13 is then positioned axially, having been previously attached to the wing 11 by means of its own threaded pin 26, between the couple of hinge elements 12 and 15.
  • the bushing 17 is either screwed or unscrewed on the first hinge element 12, with a consequent upwards or downwards movement of the central hinge element 13 and of the wing attached thereto, with respect to the couple of hinge elements 12, 15 and to the fixed frame 22.
  • the shaped segment 31 could be fork-shaped and cooperate with a mating seating made in the bushing 17, or have any other type of shaping which prevents the reciprocal rotation between the pivot 16 and one of the hinge elements 12, 13 and 15 of the hinge 10.
  • first hinge element 12 and the third hinge element 15 can be connected to each other, with a pre-determined distance, by means of a plate element, not shown in the drawings, provided with through holes, inside which respective attachment screws are able to be inserted, which determine the attachment of the couple of hinge elements 12, 15 to the fixed frame 22, thus replacing the threaded pins 21 and 30.

Claims (6)

  1. Charnière destinée à articuler une structure mobile (11) par rapport à un bâti fixe (22), comprenant une paire d'éléments de charnière (12, 15) pouvant être fixés ensemble à ladite structure mobile (11) ou audit bâti fixe (22), un élément de charnière central (13) disposé entre ladite paire d'éléments de charnière (12, 15) et pouvant être fixé audit bâti fixe (22) ou, respectivement, à ladite structure mobile (11), lesdits trois éléments de charnière (12, 13, 15) étant articulés axialement entre eux au moyen d'un élément pivotant (16) inséré dans des trous axiaux correspondants (20, 25, 29) desdits trois éléments de charnière (12, 13, 15), un élément intermédiaire (17) muni d'un trou axial traversant (35) étant disposé entre ledit élément de charnière central (13) et un premier élément de charnière (12) de ladite paire d'éléments de charnière (12, 15), dans l'axe dudit élément pivotant (16), afin d'ajuster la position axiale de ladite paire d'éléments de charnière (12, 15) par rapport audit élément de charnière central (13),
    dans laquelle ledit élément intermédiaire comporte une douille (17) présentant au moins une partie sensiblement cylindrique extérieurement filetée qui est vissée sur un filetage interne correspondant, ménagé dans l'un desdits trous axiaux (20, 25) dudit premier élément de charnière (12) ou dudit élément de charnière central (13),
    dans laquelle ladite douille (17) est munie dans son trou axial (35) d'un premier moyen d'accouplement (35a), ledit élément pivotant (16) est muni à sa première extrémité d'un second moyen d'accouplement (31) pouvant être couplé, sans rotation réciproque, audit premier moyen d'accouplement (35a) afin de commander, par la rotation dudit élément pivotant (16), le vissage ou le dévissage sélectif de ladite douille (17) par rapport audit premier élément de charnière (12) ou audit élément de charnière central (13) sur lequel est vissée ladite douille (17), en entraînant ainsi le mouvement axial réciproque de ladite paire d'éléments de charnière (12, 15) par rapport audit élément de charnière central (13),
    charnière caractérisée en ce que ledit élément pivotant (16) est muni à sa seconde extrémité d'au moins une protubérance radiale (34), apte à interférer de manière élastique avec une paroi du trou axial (29) ménagé dans un second élément de charnière (15) de ladite paire d'éléments de charnière (12, 15), afin de bloquer ledit élément pivotant (16) par rapport audit second élément de charnière (15) lors du fonctionnement normal de la charnière (10) et d'éviter ainsi toute rotation supplémentaire de ladite douille (17) par rapport audit premier élément de charnière (12) ou audit élément de charnière central (13).
  2. Charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite douille (17) comprend en outre un épaulement (36) apte à coopérer par contact avec ledit premier élément de charnière (12) ou avec ledit élément de charnière central (13).
  3. Charnière selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite partie sensiblement cylindrique de ladite douille (17) est vissée sur ledit premier élément de charnière (12), et en ce que ledit épaulement (36) coopère par contact avec ledit élément de charnière central (13).
  4. Charnière selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit premier moyen d'accouplement (35a) et ledit second moyen d'accouplement (31) ont des sections transversales sensiblement polygonales.
  5. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément pivotant, entre ladite première extrémité et ladite seconde extrémité, comporte un pivot sensiblement cylindrique (16).
  6. Charnière selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit pivot (16), en correspondance avec sa seconde extrémité, est muni d'une interface axiale (33) permettant de faire tourner ledit pivot (16) au moyen d'un outil classique adapté.
