Claims (21)
- Räderfalzapparat mit mindestens einem Paar Falzwalzen (06) und einem Falzzylinder (02), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Verhältnis der Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Falzzylinders (02) zur Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Falzwalzen (06) stufenlos veränderbar ist.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Falzzylinder (02) und die Falzwalzen (06) mittels eines Differentialgetriebes gekoppelt sind.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Falzzylinder (02) von einem Hauptantriebsmotor angetrieben ist, dass dieser Hauptantriebsmotor ausschließlich den Räderfalzapparat antreibend angeordnet ist und dass die Falzwalzen (06) mittels mindestens eines anderen Elektromotors angetrieben sind.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Falzwalzen (06) mechanisch unabhängig von dem Falzzylinder (02) angetrieben sind.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Falzwalzen (06) und der Falzzylinder (02) mechanisch gekoppelt sind.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der Falzwalzen (06) mit einer am Gestell (27) ortsfesten Drehmomentquelle (28, 29) über eine winkelausgleichende Kupplung (32) verbunden ist.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die winkelausgleichende Kupplung (32) als Kardanwelle (32) ausgebildet ist.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kardanwelle (32) teleskopisch ausziehbar ist.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Steuerschaltung zum Einstellen der Drehzahl des Elektromotors angeordnet ist.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Differentialgetriebe (16) drei An- oder Abtriebsglieder (17, 24, 26) umfasst, von denen jeweils eines (26) mit dem Falzzylinder (02), eines (17) mit einem Hilfsmotor (18) und eines (24) mit den Falzwalzen (06) verbunden ist.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Differentialgetriebe (16) ein Harmonic-Drive-Getriebe (16) ist.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mit dem Hilfsmotor (18) verbundene Antriebsglied die zentrale Welle (17) des Harmonic-Drive-Getriebes (16) ist.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Voreilung der Falzwalzen (06) zwischen 12 und 16% gegenüber dem Falzzylinder (02) einstellbar ist.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Räderfalzapparat einen von einem Hauptantriebsmotor angetriebenen Zylinder (02; 04) aufweist.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 3 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vom Hauptantriebsmotor (11) angetriebene Zylinder (04) ein Schneidzylinder (04) ist.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Falzwalzen (06) zum Antrieb mechanisch gekoppelt sind und einen Elektromotor aufweisen.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Falzwalzen (06) mechanisch unabhängig voneinander antreibbar sind und jeweils einen eigenen Elektromotor aufweisen.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Falzzylinder (02) ein Falzmesser aufweist
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rotationsachsen von Falzzylinder (02) und Falzwalzen (06) in der gleichen Richtung angeordnet sind.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Falzzylinder (02) und ein Schneidzylinder (04) einen gemeinsamen Spalt (03) begrenzen.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptantriebsmotor ausschließlich den Räderfalzapparat antreibt.
