Description
- la figure 1 est une vue latérale de l'appareil selon l'invention, en position d'attente sous un emplacement de plafond où une plaque doit être fixée ;
- la figure 2 est une vue latérale dans une direction perpendiculaire à la vue de la figure qui montre le même appareil au cours de l'étape de montée de la plate-forme ;
- la figure 3 montre un marteau positionné sous la plaque à fixer après remontée de la table et avant actionnement dudit marteau ; et
- la figure 4 est une coupe d'un plateau de rotation pneumatique servant à faire pivoter un rang d'outils entre une première position et une deuxième position.
Claims (10)
- Appareil pour fixer des plaques (2) sous un plafond (4), caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte :un chariot (5) susceptible de rouler sur le sol (7) ;une plate-forme (12) verticalement mobile surmontant le chariot (5) avec interposition de moyens de levage (8, 9) de ladite plate-forme (12) ;un support de plaque (15a, 15b) surmontant ladite plate-forme (12), ledit support de plaque étant destiné à supporter une plaque à fixer au plafond et à l'immobiliser contre le plafond pendant les opérations de fixation ;une table (20) verticalement mobile disposée entre ladite plate-forme (12) et ledit support de plaque (15a, 15b), des moyens de levage (16, 17) de ladite table (20) étant interposés entre ladite table (20) et ladite plate-forme (12) ;une pluralité d'outils (21) disposés en rangs et colonnes sur ladite table (20), chaque outil (21) comportant une perceuse (23) pour percer un trou (45, 48) dans le plafond (4) à travers la plaque (2) à fixer, et un marteau (24) pneumatique pour planter une cheville (24a) dans le trou (45, 48) réalisé par ladite perceuse (23) ;des moyens de pivotement (25, 26) pour faire pivoter à l'unisson lesdits outils (21) entre une première position dans laquelle les mèches (23a) des perceuses (23) sont dirigées vers le plafond (4) et les marteaux (24) sont escamotés, et une deuxième position dans laquelle les marteaux (24) sont positionnés pour planter les chevilles (24a) et les perceuses (23) sont escamotées, etdes moyens de commande (10, 18, 28) des moyens de levage de la plate-forme (12), des moyens de levage de la table (20), des moyens de pivotement (25, 26) des outils (21), et des outils.
- Appareil selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de levage de la plate-forme comportent un premier vérin hydraulique (8, 9).
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2 caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de levage de la table comportent un deuxième vérin hydraulique (16, 17).
- Appareil selon d'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé par le fait que le support de plaque (15a, 15b) est verticalement mobile.
- Appareil selon la revendication 4 caractérisé par le fait que le support de plaque (15a, 15b) est supporté par la plate-forme (12) au moyen d'au moins un ressort à gaz (13a, 13b).
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé par le fait que les moyens pour faire pivoter à l'unisson lesdits outils (21) comportent, pour chaque rang d'outils, un arbre horizontal (25) supportant les outils (21) dudit rang, et un dispositif (26) pour faire pivoter ledit arbre (25) entre la première position et la deuxième position et inversement entre la deuxième position et la première position.
- Appareil selon la revendication 6 caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de pivotement comporte un plateau de rotation pneumatique (26).
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7 caractérisé par le fait que les perceuses (23) sont montées sur les arbres (25) par l'intermédiaire de ressorts à gaz (27).
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8 caractérisé par le fait que la table (20) est réalisée par un assemblage mécano-soudé de tubes, de longerons et de traverses, les arbres (25) étant disposés dans lesdits tubes.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 caractérisé par le fait que le chariot (5) comporte en outre une rambarde (11), et par le fait que les moyens de commande (10, 18, 28) sont montés sur ladite rambarde.
