Claims (23)
- Séchoir pour le séchage ininterrompu de produits alimentaires, notamment de pâtes alimentaires, le long d'un trajet de passage du produit à l'intérieur du séchoir, avec des zones climatiques réglables et/ou ajustables le long du trajet de passage du produit, le séchoir comportant un carter isolant (1) avec des parois latérales cintrées vers l'extérieur (2, 3), qui le long de la direction de passage du produit sensiblement horizontale, sont respectivement divisées en segments horizontaux individuels (21, 22, ..., 28, 31, .... 38), qui à partir de leur position de fermeture étanche peuvent être déplacés loin du carter (1) indépendamment les uns des autres, pour rendre l'intérieur du séchoir accessible à une personne chargée de la maintenance, caractérisé en ce que les segments horizontaux respectifs (21, 22, ...; 28, 31, ..., 38) des parois latérales (2, 3) sont à nouveau divisées perpendiculairement à la direction de passage du produit, du bas vers le haut, respectivement en au moins deux segments verticaux (21 a, 22a, ..., 28a, 21 b, 22b, ..., 28b, 31a, 32a ..., 38a, 31 b, 32b, ..., 38b) qui sont respectivement cintrés vers l'extérieur et peuvent être déplacés loin du carter (1), également indépendamment les uns des autres, pour permettre à la personne chargée de la maintenance d'avoir accès à l'intérieur du séchoir à l'endroit respectif d'un segment vertical (21 a, 22a, ..., 28a, 21 b, 22b, ..., 28b, 31 a, 32a ..., 38a, 31 b, 32b, ..., 38b) pouvant être déplacé loin du carter (1).
- Séchoir selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une zone de fond inférieur praticable pour la personne chargée de la maintenance est associée à chaque segment vertical déplaçable (21a, 22a, ..., 28a, 21 b, 22b, ..., 28b, 31a, 32a ..., 38a, 31 b, 32b, ..., 38b) de la paroi du carter, sur la face extérieure de la paroi du carter.
- Séchoir selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une zone de fond inférieur praticable en continu (5a, 5b) est associée à au moins certains segments verticaux (21 a, 22a, ..., 28a, 21 b, 22b, ..., 28b, 31 a, 32a ..., 38a, 31 b, 32b, ..., 38b) adjacents, le long de la direction de passage du produit.
- Séchoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les segments verticaux (21a, 22a, ..., 28a, 21b, 22b, ..., 28b, 31a, 32a ..., 38a, 31b, 32b, ..., 38b) sont articulés sur le carter (1) à la façon de charnières et peuvent être déplacés par pivotement loin du carter.
- Séchoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le cintrage saillant vers l'extérieur des parois latérales (2, 3) ou des segments verticaux (21 a, 22a, ..., 28a, 21 b, 22b, ..., 28b, 31a, 32a ..., 38a, 31b, 32b, ..., 38b) est un cintrage à une dimension avec des génératrices (G) rectilignes.
- Séchoir selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le cintrage à une dimension des segments verticaux est conçu de façon à ce que les génératrices rectilignes (G) de la surface de cintrage soient parallèles à la direction de passage des produits et à ce que l'articulation du type d'une charnière sur le bord supérieur (6) des segments verticaux (21 a, 22a, ..., 28a, 21 b, 22b, ..., 28b, 31 a, 32a ..., 38a, 31 b, 32b, ..., 38b) soit disposée avec un axe de rotation (D) s'étendant à la parallèle des génératrices rectilignes (G), pour que le segment vertical puisse être pivoté vers le haut, à la façon d'une "trappe".
- Séchoir selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les cintrages à une dimension des segments verticaux sont conçus de façon à ce que les génératrices rectilignes de la surface de cintrage soient orthogonales par rapport à la direction de passage du produit et à ce que l'articulation du type d'une charnière soit disposée sur un bord latéral du segment vertical avec un axe de rotation s'étendant à la parallèle des génératrices rectilignes, pour que le segment vertical puisse être pivoté latéralement, à la façon d'une "porte".
- Séchoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les segments verticaux (21 a, 22a, .., 28a, 21 b, 22b, ..., 28b, 31 a, 32a ..., 38a, 31 b, 32b, ..., 38b) peuvent être pressés de façon étanche dans leur position fermée sur le carter par au moins une bande de serrage (7, 8), la bande de serrage (7, 8) ou les bandes de serrage s'appuyant sur la face extérieure du segment vertical et croisant de façon orthogonale les génératrices rectilignes (G) du cintrage.
- Séchoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que respectivement une zone de paroi s'étendant sensiblement à la verticale (21 c, ..., 28c, 31c, ... 38c) est disposée dans la zone de division des segments horizontaux respectifs (21, 22, ..., 28, 31, ..., 38), du bas vers le haut, entre le segment vertical cintré inférieur (21 a, 22a, ..., 28a, 31 a, 32a ..., 38a) et le segment vertical cintré supérieur (21 b, 22b, ..., 28b, 31 b, 32b, ..., 38b).
- Séchoir selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la zone de paroi s'étendant sensiblement à la verticale (21c, ..., 28c, 31c, ... 38c) est une zone de paroi plane.
- Séchoir selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce qu'à hauteur de la zone de paroi s'étendant sensiblement à la verticale (21 c, ..., 28c, 31 c, ... 38c), l'intérieur du séchoir est divisé en une zone intérieure supérieure du séchoir (9) et en une zone intérieure inférieure du séchoir (10).
- Séchoir selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'un climat particulier pour le séchoir est réglable dans la zone intérieure supérieure du séchoir (9) et dans la zone intérieure inférieure du séchoir (10).
- Séchoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une zone de montage pour diverses conduites d'alimentation s'étend le long du séchoir.
- Séchoir selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la zone de montage (40) s'étend au-dessus des segments verticaux respectifs (21b, 22b, ..., 28b, 31b, 32b, ..., 38b), de préférence dans la zone du fond supérieur et/ou en dessous de la zone du fond inférieur du type d'une galerie, le long du séchoir.
- Séchoir selon l'une quelconque revendications 2 à 14, caractérisé en ce que chaque zone de fond inférieur praticable associé à chaque segment vertical déplaçable (21 a, 22a, ..., 28a, 21 b, 22b, ..., 28b, 31 a, 32a ..., 38a, 31 b, 32b, ..., 38b) sur la face extérieure d'une paroi du carter est conçue à la façon d'une galerie au moins pour les segments verticaux supérieurs (21b, 22b, ..., 28b, 31b, 32b, ..., 38b) de la paroi du carter.
- Séchoir selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que la zone de fond du type d'une galerie est logée sur des supports (12), qui saillissent latéralement du séchoir.
- Séchoir selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que les supports (12) s'étendent à la transversale de la direction de passage du produit dans le séchoir.
- Séchoir selon la revendication 16 ou 17, caractérisé en ce que les supports (12) saillissent sur les deux parois latérales et en ce qu'une zone de fond praticable (5) soutenue sur les supports saillants s'étend le long des deux parois latérales (2, 3) du séchoir.
- Séchoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 18, caractérisé en ce que la zone de fond (5) conçue à la façon d'une galerie (5) est portée par le haut par des tirants (13).
- Séchoir selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que les tirants (13) son fixés sur des traverses (14) sur l'extrémité supérieure ("toit") du séchoir.
- Séchoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le toit du séchoir comporte une zone de fond praticable.
- Séchoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sur plusieurs étages, il est entouré de zones de fond praticables qui sont reliées entre elles par des escaliers fixement installés.
- Séchoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications 19 à 22, caractérisé en ce que tirants (13), en association avec les traverses (15) forment une balustrade (13, 15) pour la zone de fond (5) du type d'une galerie.
