Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que pour modifier la position relative des segments de poussée (27, 28) par rapport à l'organe d'actionnement - la tige (42) - le segment de poussée (27, 28) est déplacé par un élément d'espacement (46) par rapport à la tige (42) en réglant de manière correspondante la tête (43) lorsque le ressort de compression (45) est comprimé, l'élément d'espacement (46) étant positionné entre le segment de poussée (27, 28) et l'anneau de segment (30) dans la position de départ.
