Claims (9)
- Procédé de fabrication de cigarettes à filtre, dans lequel des bâtons de tabac (10) de double longueur sont découpés en bâtons de tabac (40) de simple longueur et un bouchon de filtre (25) de double longueur est introduit entre chacun de ceux-ci, caractérisé en ce que deux flux partiels séparés (T1, T2) sont ensuite formés avec des groupes bâton de tabac - bouchon de filtre - bâton de tabac et transportés côte à côte, en ce que, dans chaque flux partiel (T1, T2), les bouchons de filtre (25) de double longueur sont reliés aux deux bâtons de tabac (40) de longueur simple par enveloppement au moyen d'une feuille de papier (55) de recouvrement et en ce que, dans chaque flux partiel (T1, T2), par une coupe de séparation subséquente des bouchons de filtre (25) de double longueur, on produit des cigarettes de longueur utile simple.

- Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les bouchons de filtre (25) d'un flux partiel (T1, T2) sont espacés d'au moins la distance axiale longitudinale qui sépare un bâton de tabac de double longueur des bouchons de filtre de l'autre flux partiel (T2, T1).
- Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les groupes bâton de tabac - bouchon de filtre - bâton de tabac des deux flux partiels (T1, T2) sont disposés en alternance sur les organes de transport.
- Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les cigarettes de longueur utile simple des deux flux de produits sont disposées en alignement axial sur les organes de transport.
- Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les flux de produits sont réunis en un flux unique.
