Claims (3)
- Dispositif permettant l'épandage de matériaux encollés, en particulier de matières fibreuses et de particules au cours du processus de fabrication de panneaux de particules de bois, au moyen d'une trémie doseuse pour l'épandage des matériaux encollés sur un dispositif de dispersion à cylindres, comprenant non moins de deux cylindres à éléments de dispersion adjacents, tournant en des sens opposés, ainsi que d'un dispositif de rouleaux d'épandage disposés en aval, permettant de répartir le matériau en une bande de formage, caractérisé en ce qu'un éventail tranquilliseur (4) est disposé immédiatement à la suite des rouleaux de dispersion (3) comprenant plusieurs panneaux (11) disposés l'un près de l'autre et s'étendant dans le sens du convoyage, les panneaux (11) formant une grand nombre de cellules à effet tranquilliseur (12).
- Dispositif permettant l'épandage de matériaux encollés selon la revendication de brevet 1, les panneaux (11) étant espacés de 50 - 500 mm, de préférence de 150 mm.
- Dispositif permettant l'épandage de matériaux encollés selon la revendication de brevet 1 ou 2, un convoyeur à bascule de bande doseuse étant installée entre l'éventail tranquilliseur (4) et le dispositif de rouleaux de dispersion (5).
