Claims (3)
- Vorrichtung zum Streuen von beleimten Streugütern, insbesondere span- und faserförmige Güter, im Zuge der Herstellung von Holzwerkstoffplatten, mit einem Dosierbunker zum Austragen der beleimten Streugüter, auf eine Auflösewalzenanördnung, die zumindest zwei gegensinnig rotierend benachbart angeordnete, mit Auflöseelementen versehene Walzen, umfasst und mit einer anschließend angeordneten Streuwalzenanordnung, durch die das Streugut auf ein Formband aufstreubar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unmittelbar der Auflösewalzenanordnung (3) nachgeschaltet ein Beruhigungsfächer (4) angeordnet ist, der aus mehreren in Förderrichtung nebeneinander angeordneten längs zur Förderrichtung sich erstreckende Wandelemente (11) besteht, wobei die Wandelemente (11) eine Vielzahl von Beruhigungskammern (12) bilden.
- Vorrichtung zum Streuen von beleimten Streugütern nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei die Wandelemente (11) einen Abstand von 50 - 500 mm bevorzugt 150 mm aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung zum Streuen von beleimten Streugütern nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, wobei zwischen Beruhigungsfächer (4) und Streuwalzenanordnung (5) eine als Dosierbandwaage ausgebildete Fördereinrichtung angeordnet ist.
