Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung zum Beleimen einer bewegten Bahn, insbesondere einer streifenförmigen Zigarettenpapierbahn in einer Zigarettenstrangmaschine oder von Faltschachtelzuschnitten in einer Zigarettenverpackungsmaschine, umfassend eine Kontakt-Leimdüse (12), die an ein mit Leim (11) gefülltes Reservoir angeschlossen ist, wobei der Leim (11) mittels Fördermitteln aus dem Reservoir der Kontakt-Leimdüse (12) zugeführt und im Bereich einer Austrittsöffnung (13) aus dieser heraus gefördert und auf die sich an der Kontakt-Leimdüse (12) vorbei bewegenden Bahn aufgetragen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Austrittsöffnung (13) der Kontakt-Leimdüse (12) eine Zuführung (14) zum Zuführen eines zur Verflüssigung des Leims (11) geeigneten Stoffes (25) derart angeordnet ist, daß der Stoff (25) in Transportrichtung der bewegten Bahn direkt hinter die Kontakt-Leimdüse (12) zuführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführung (14) derart angeordnet ist, daß der Stoff (25) unmittelbar hinter einen zwischen Kontakt-Leimdüse (12) und bewegter Bahn, z.B. Zigarettenpapier (19), gebildeten Kontaktbereich (26) geleitet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführung (14) zur punktuellen Zuführung des Stoffes (25) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführung (14) eine Kapillare (15) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführung (14) bzw. die Kapillare (15) getrennt von der Kontakt-Leimdüse (12) ausgebildet und an dieser befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführung (14) bzw. die Kapillare (15) wahlweise mit einem Abstand d zu der Kontakt-Leimdüse (12) versehen oder eng an dieser anliegend ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführung (14) bzw. Kapillare (15) integraler Bestandteil der Kontakt-Leimdüse (12) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführung (14) bzw. die Kapillare (15) Bestandteil einer Dosiereinheit (27) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dosiereinheit (27) weiterhin einen Druckregler (28), einen Speicher (29) zur Aufnahme des Stoffes (25), ein Leitungssystem (30), einen Feinfilter (31), ein Feindosierventil (32), ein Wegeventil (33) sowie eine Steuereinheit (34) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dosiereinheit (27) modulartig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stoff (25) ein dünnflüssiges Fluid, vorzugsweise Wasser ist.
- Verfahren zum Beleimen einer bewegten Bahn, insbesondere einer streifenförmigen Zigarettenpapierbahn in einer Zigarettenstrangmaschine oder von Faltschachtelzuschnitten in einer Zigarettenverpackungsmaschine, wobei die wahlweise kontinuierlich oder intermittierend bewegte Bahn an einer Kontakt-Leimdüse (12) vorbei gefördert und mittels der Kontakt-Leimdüse (12) mit Leim (11) versehen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Transportrichtung der bewegten Bahn direkt hinter die Kontakt-Leimdüse (12) ein zur Verflüssigung des Leims (11) geeigneter Stoff (25) zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein hinter der Kontakt-Leimdüse (12) entstehender Leimüberschuß unmittelbar hinter der Kontakt-Leimdüse (12) verflüssigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Leimüberschuß mittels eines dünnflüssigen Fluids, vorzugsweise Wasser verflüssigt wird, indem das Wasser direkt hinter einen zwischen der Kontakt-Leimdüse (12) und der bewegten Bahn, z.B. dem Zigarettenpapier (19), gebildeten Kontaktbereich (26) geleitet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stoff (25) taktweise zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zuführen des Stoffes (25) über eine Dosiereinheit (27) zeit- und/oder mengenabhängig gesteuert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verflüssigte/verdünnte Leimüberschuß in Transportrichtung weiter gefördert und durch die bewegte Bahn, z.B. das Zigarettenpapier (19), aufgenommen wird.
