Claims (9)

  1. Verfahren zum Beleimen einer oder mehrerer longitudinaler Zonen (6, 7) einer Papierbahn (1), die zur Bildung einer Umhüllung (2) eines Stranges (3) bestimmt ist, insbesondere in der Tabakindustrie, wobei eine oder mehrere ortsfeste Spritzvorrichtungen (10, 11) angeordnet sind, vor welcher oder welchen die Papierbahn vorbeigeführt wird, und die Spritzvorrichtung bzw. Spritzvorrichtungen einesteils mit einem flüssigen Klebstoff (9) mit Umgebungstemperatur versorgt werden und mit einer ersten Druckluftzuführung (22) ausgestattet ist, die dazu dient, dass die Spritzvorrichtung oder Spritzvorrichtungen auf jede zu beleimende longitudinale Zone (6, 7) einen Strom von feinen Klebstofftröpfchen aufspritzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Papierbahn (1) vor der Spritzvorrichtung bzw. den Spritzvorrichtungen (10, 11) mit einer vorgegebenen Distanz, die ungleich Null ist, vorbeigeführt wird, und dass die Spritzvorrichtung oder Spritzvorrichtungen ausserdem mit einer zweiten Druckluftzuführung (19, 21) ausgestattet sind, damit dort eine Mischung flüssiger Klebstoff - Luft erreicht wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spritzvorrichtung oder Spritzvorrichtungen (10, 11) von einem Behälter (8) versorgt werden, in welchem der Klebstoff unter einem regulierbaren Druck gehalten wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klebstoff im Behälter mittels komprimierter Luft (12) unter Druck gehalten wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für mindestens eine der Spritzvorrichtungen (10) die zweite Druckluftzuführung (19) vorgewärmt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Klebstoff aus Polyvinyl-Acetat verwendet wird.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Papier mit hoher Porösität verwendet wird.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Papierbahn (1) vor den genannten Spritzvorrichtungen (10, 11) mit einem Abstand in der Grössenordnung von 4 mm vorbeigeführt wird.
  8. Zigarettenfilterstrang (2), hergestellt gemäss dem Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bestehend aus einer filtrierenden Masse (3), vorzugsweise aus einem Zelluloseacetat, bedeckt durch eine zylindrische Umhüllung, die aus einer Papierbahn (1) mit hoher Porösität gebildet ist, deren Ränder sich überdecken und miteinander durch eine Klebverbindung (4) verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte filtrierende Masse ausserdem an der genannten zylindrischen Umhüllung durch eine Klebverbindung (5) auf einer ihrer Mantellinien befestigt ist.
  9. Zigarettenfilterstrang nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klebstoff der genannten Verbindungen (4, 5) ein Klebstoff aus Polyvinyl-Acetat ist.
