Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zur Beschichtung und/oder Imprägnierung einer sich kontinuierlich bewegenden Materialbahn (2) mit einer Flüssigkeit oder einem pastösen Medium, umfassend Auftragmittel (4) zum Auflegen einer Schicht (5) des genannten Produkts wenigstens zum Teil auf eine Fläche (6) der genannten Bahn, die aus einem Vorratbehälter (7, 70, 407) bestehen, der einen durchlochten Bereich (8, 21, 80) umfaßt und über einen Teil seines Mantels eine Reihe Löcher (9, 90, 409) umfaßt, die an der Außenseite enden und an der Innenseite mit einer Produktzufuhrkammer (10, 110, 410) in Verbindung stehen, deren Oberfläche einstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    - der genannte Vorratbehälter (7, 70, 407) mit der zu beschichtenden und/oder zu imprägnierenden Fläche (6) in Berührung gebracht wird, um den die genannte Bahn (2) umgeleitet wird,
    - der genannte Vorratbehälter (7, 70, 407) als ein fester Zylinder ausgestaltet ist, der wenigstens zwei Zufuhrbegrenzungselemente (141, 142, 140a, 140b, 140e, 140f, 150a-150c, 200a-200d, 300, 403, 404, 406a-406c) umfaßt, die geeignet sind, in Längstranslation bezüglich des Körpers des Vorratbehälters verstellt zu werden und wenigstens einen Bereich der Imprägnierung und/oder Beschichtung der sich kontinuierlich bewegenden Bahn mit wenigstens einem Produkt zu begrenzen, sodaß die Breite der aufgelegten Schicht eingestellt wird,
    - die genannte Vorrichtung (1) stromabwärts der Auftragungsmittel aufgestellte Mittel (15, 16, 17, 415) zum Abstreichen der beschichteten Bahn, um die Auflage des genannten Produkts gleichmäßig zu verteilen und im Bereich des Vorratbehälters (407) eine Nute (418) zum Wiederauffangen der Produkte, sodaß die Dicke der Schicht eingestellt wird, umfaßt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Vorratbehälter (7) als ein fester Zylinder ausgestaltet ist, der in seinem Innenteil ein Radialverschlußrohr (11) umfaßt, das geeignet ist, die Durchläßigkeit in Radialrichtung der Reihe Löcher (9) und, demzufolge, die Dicke der aufgelegten Schicht zu kontrollieren.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Vorratbehälter (7, 12) in seinem Innenteil wenigstens ein Querverschlußrohr (141, 142, 143) umfaßt, das geeignet ist, die Durchläßigkeit in Querrichtung der Reihe Löcher (9) und, demzufolge, die Breite der aufgelegten Schicht zu kontrollieren.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorratbehälter (7, 12) aus wenigstens einer Einheit aus drei koaxialen Rohren (11, 12, 14) besteht, wobei das erste, äußere Rohr (12) mit einer Vielzahl von regelmäßig von einander beabstandeten Radiallöchern (9) durchlocht ist, das zweite, in dem ersten (12) passende Rohr (11) mit einer Vielzahl von parallel zueinander verlaufenden, um einen den Löchern (9) entsprechenden Abstand von einander beabstandeten Ringnuten (13) durchbohrt und geeignet ist, in Drehung bezüglich des ersten Rohres (12) verstellt zu werden, das dritte, in dem zweiten (11) passende Rohr (14, 141, 142,) eine Innenleitung definiert, die die genannte Produktzufuhrkammer (10) bildet, und geeignet ist, in Längstranslation bezüglich des zweiten Rohres (11) verstellt zu werden.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Vorratbehälter (70) aus wenigstens einem ersten, mit einer Vielzahl von regelmäßig von einander beabstandeten Radiallöchern (90) durchlochten, äußeren Rohr, in dem ersten Rohr passenden Verschlußmitteln (110), die geeignet sind, bezüglich des genannten Rohres in Drehung verstellt zu werden, und wenigstens einem im Körper (120) eines Zufuhrkerns passenden Zufuhrbegrenzer (140a, 140b, 140e, 140f, 150a-150c, 200a-200d, 300) besteht, der einen inneren Hohlraum definiert, der die genannte Produktzufuhrkammer (110) bildet, und geeignet ist, in Längstranslation bezüglich des genannten Körpers (120) verstellt zu werden.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorratbehälter (407) Querverschlußelemente aufweist, die geeignet sind die Durchläßigkeit in Querrichtung der Löcher (409) und, demzufolge, die Breite der aufgelegten Schicht zu kontrollieren und mit Rohren (620, 630, 640, 650) zusammenwirken, die mit parallel zueinander verlaufenden und um einen bestimmten Abstand von einander beabstandeten Löchern durchlocht sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragmittel Mittel (416) zum Vorheizen der zu beschichtenden und/oder zu imprägnierenden, sich bewegenden Bahn umfassen.
