Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Aufbringen von Leim, insbesondere des Typs hotmelt, auf während der Leimübertragung transportiertes Verpackungsmaterial, vorzugsweise auf eine fortlaufende Materialbahn zum Herstellen von Zuschnitten für Packungen, mittels Leimdüsen (24) mit verschließbaren Düsenöffnungen (25, 26); denen Leim unter Druck - Leimdruck - während einer Phase der Leimübertragung auf das Verpackungsmaterial zugeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der auf den Leim wirkende Leimdruck individuell eingestellt wird nach Maßgabe der Fördergeschwindigkeit des Verpackungsmaterials bzw. der Materialbahn (21) und/oder der Viskosität des Leims und/oder einer gewünschten Schichtdicke von Leimbereichen - Leimflächen (16) bzw. Leimstreifen (20) - auf dem Verpackungsmaterial.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Herstellung von Zuschnitten mit mehreren Leimbereichen für unterschiedliche Aufgaben, insbesondere mit Leimflächen (16) zur Verbindung von Randstreifen (14, 15) des Zuschnitts und Leimstreifen (20) zur Fixierung von Faltlappen einer Stirnwand, die Leimbereiche entsprechend der Funktion durch Regeln des Leimdrucks während eines Beleimungstaktes bzw. während der Förderbewegung des Verpackungsmaterials zur Erzielung der erwünschten Schichtdicke des Leims eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Leimdruck und/oder Öffnungsphasen der Leimdüsen (24) bzw. Düsenöffnungen (25, 26) durch eine gemeinsame Steuereinheit gesteuert werden, insbesondere durch eine (zentrale) Maschinensteuerung (31).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Leimdruck während einer Phase der Leimübertragung bzw. während eines Arbeitstaktes verändert wird, insbesondere zur Erzeugung von Leimbereichen - Leimflächen (16), Leimstreifen (20) - mit unterschiedlicher Schichtdicke des Leims.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungscharakteristik der zu beleimenden Materialbahn (21) im Bereich einer Umlenk- bzw. Vorzugswalze (22) der Materialbahn (21) erfasst wird, vorzugsweise durch einen Resolver (43), der mit der gemeinsamen Steuereinheit verbunden ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialbahn (21) im Bereich des Leimaggregats (23) ungleichförmig, insbesondere taktweise gefördert wird, wobei die Materialbahn (21) aus dem Stillstand bis zu einer Maximalgeschwindigkeit beschleunigt, sodann gegebenenfalls mit konstanter Fördergeschwindigkeit transportiert und danach wieder bis zum Stillstand verzögert wird, wobei durch die Steuerung der Leimdruck dynamisch an die momentane Geschwindigkeit angepasst wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) die Fördergeschwindigkeit des Verpackungsmaterials wird zyklisch anhand einer Drehwinkeländerung des Resolvers (43) ermittelt und in einen Geschwindigkeitswert umgerechnet,b) aus dem Geschwindigkeitswert wird mit einem in der Steuerung hinterlegten Algorithmus ein angepasster Druckwert, nämlich Leimdruck, errechnet.
- Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von Leim, insbesondere hotmelt Leim, auf während der Leimübertragung transportiertes Verpackungsmaterial, vorzugsweise auf eine laufende Materialbahn (21) zum Herstellen von beleimten Zuschnitten, wobei das Verpackungsmaterial, insbesondere die Materialbahn (21) an einem verschließbare Düsenöffnungen (25, 26) aufweisenden Leimaggregat (23) vorbeibewegbar ist, vorzugsweise unter Anlage an Düsenöffnungen (25, 26) mindestens während der Leimübertragung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf den Leim innerhalb des Leimaggregats (23) bzw. in der Leimdüse (24) auf den Leim ausgeübter Druck, nämlich Leimdruck, nach Maßgabe der Fördergeschwindigkeit des Verpackungsmaterials bzw. der Materialbahn (21) und/oder der Viskosität des Leims und/oder der zu erzielenden Schichtdicke des Leims regelbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leimaggregat (23) eine Schlitzdüse als Leimdüse (24) aufweist mit mehreren schlitzförmigen Düsenöffnungen (25, 26) die individuell bzw. in Gruppen verschließbar sind, vorzugsweise durch jeder Düsenöffnung (26) oder einer Gruppe von Düsenöffnungen (25) zugeordnete elektrisch betätigte Absperrorgane bzw. Ventile (29, 30), die mit der gemeinsamen Steuereinheit verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leimaggregat (23) bzw. die Leimdüse (24) durch eine Leimleitung (32) mit Leim versorgt ist, wobei in der Leimleitung (32) ein Druckregelorgan, vorzugsweise ein Druckregelventil (37) angeordnet ist, inbesondere unmittelbar am Leimaggregat (23).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckregelventil (37) mittels Druckluft über einen Druckluftregler (38) regelbar ist, wobei das Druckregelventil (37) oder der Druckluftregler (38) an die gemeinsame Steuereinheit - Maschinensteuerung (31) - angeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leimleitung (32) mit einem Leimvorrat bzw. Leimbehälter (33) verbunden ist und über eine Leimpumpe (34) mit Leim unter hohem Druck versorgt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördergeschwindigkeit des Verpackungsmaterials bzw. der Materialbahn (21) im Bereich einer Umlenkwalze der Materialbahn (21), insbesondere an einer Vorzugswalze (42) abtastbar ist, insbesondere durch einen der Walze zugeordneten Resolver (43).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Leimaggregat (23) oder einer Gruppe von Leimaggregaten ein Dateneingabeorgan zugeordnet ist, insbesondere ein PC (54), dem individuelle Parameter hinsichtlich Fördergeschwindigkeit des Verpackungsmaterials und/oder Viskosität des Leims und/oder erwünschter Schichtdicke von Leimbereichen eingebbar ist, wobei das Dateneingabeorgan bzw. der PC (54) über eine Signalleitung (55) mit der gemeinsamen Steuereinheit, insbesondere der Maschinensteuerung (31), verbunden ist.
