Claims (23)
- Zündspule für einen Verbrennungsmotor, mit einer Primärspule, einer Sekundärspule, einem äußeren Spulenkörper (1) für Primärspule oder Sekundärspule, einem innerhalb der Primärspule und der Sekundärspule angeordneten magnetischen Kern und einem Rückschlussblech (13), das die Primärspule und die Sekundärspule umfasst und einen Hohlkörper mit wenigstens einer Öffnung bildet, wobei die Primärspule und die Sekundärspule mit einer isolierenden Vergussmasse vergossen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückschlussblech (13) derart eingerichtet ist, dass es eine Form zum Vergießen der Primärspule und der Sekundärspule innerhalb des Rückschlussblechs (13) bildet. - Zündspule nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zündspule mit der Primärspule und der Sekundärspule in dem als Vergussform dienenden Rückschlussblech (13) vergossen ist.
- Zündspule nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückschlussblech (13) wenigstens zwei Öffnungen aufweist und das Rückschlussblech (13) und der äußere Spulenkörper (1) derart eingerichtet sind, dass eine Öffnung des Rückschlussblechs (13) von einem Teil (4) des äußeren Spulenkörpers (1) verschlossen ist.
- Zündspule nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückschlussblech im Wesentlichen rohrförmig ist.
- Zündspule nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem äußeren Spulenkörper (1) starr ein Zündkerzenstecker befestigt ist.
- Zündspule nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zündspule einen Kopf (2) aufweist, der mit dem äußeren Spulenkörper (1) verbunden und derart eingerichtet ist, dass eine Verbindung zwischen dem Innenraum des Kopfs (2) und dem Zwischenraum zwischen dem äußeren Spulenkörper (1) und dem Rückschlussblech (13) besteht.
- Zündspule nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Verbindung zwischen dem Innenraum des Kopfs (2) und einem Innenraum des äußeren Spulenkörpers (1) besteht.
- Zündspule nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Kopf eine elektronische Schaltungsanordnung zum Ansteuern der Primärspule angeordnet und vergossen ist.
- Zündspule nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Spulenkörper (1) in eine Aufnahme (12) des Kopfs (2) eingesteckt und verriegelt ist.
- Zündspule nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen dem Innenraum des Kopfs (2) und dem Zwischenraum zwischen dem äußeren Spulenkörper (1) und dem Rückschlussblech (13) zwischen der Aufnahme (12) des Kopfs (2) und dem äußeren Spulenkörper (1) hindurch verläuft.
- Zündspule nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückschlussblech (13) wenigstens zwei Öffnungen aufweist und eine Öffnung durch einen Teil des Kopfs (2) verschlossen ist.
- Zündspule nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückschlussblech (13) wenigstens zwei Öffnungen aufweist und zwei Öffnungen des Rückschlussblechs (13) durch jeweils einen Teil (4, 8) des äußeren Spulenkörpers (1) verschlossen sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Zündspule für einen Verbrennungsmotor,
wobei eine Primärspule, eine Sekundärspule, ein äußerer Spulenkörper (1) für Primärspule oder Sekundärspule und ein innerhalb der Primärspule und der Sekundärspule angeordneter magnetischer Kern in einem Rückschlussblech (13) derart angeordnet werden, dass das Rückschlussblech (13) die Primärspule und die Sekundärspule umfasst und einen Hohlkörper mit wenigstens einer Öffnung bildet, und
wobei die Primärspule und die Sekundärspule mit einer isolierenden Vergussmasse vergossen werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Primärspule und die Sekundärspule unter Verwendung des Rückschlussblechs (13) als eine Form zum Vergießen der Primärspule und der Sekundärspule innerhalb des Rückschlussblechs (13) mit der isolierenden Vergussmasse vergossen werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückschlussblech (13) wenigstens zwei Öffnungen aufweist und der äußere Spulenkörper (1) derart in dem Rückschlussblech (13) angeordnet wird, dass eine Öffnung des Rückschlussblechs (13) von einem Teil (4) des äußeren Spulenkörpers (1) verschlossen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Spulenkörper (1) derart in dem Rückschlussblech (13) angeordnet wird, dass durch den Teil (4) des äußeren Spulenkörpers (1) eine untere Öffnung des Rückschlussblechs (13) verschlossen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Spulenkörper (1) derart in dem im Wesentlichen rohrförmigen Rückschlussblech angeordnet wird, dass durch jeweils einen Teil (4, 8) des äußeren Spulenkörpers (1) eine obere Öffnung des Rückschlussblechs (13) und eine untere Öffnung des Rückschlussblechs (13) verschlossen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13-16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Vergießen der Primärspule und der Sekundärspule die isolierende Vergussmasse in einen Zwischenraum zwischen dem in dem Rückschlussblech (13) angeordneten äußeren Spulenkörper (1) und dem Rückschlussblech (13) eingefüllt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13-17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Vergießen der Primärspule und der Sekundärspule in dem Rückschlussblech (13) die isolierende Vergussmasse über einen mit dem äußeren Spulenkörper (1) verbundenen Kopf (2) eingefüllt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die isolierende Vergussmasse über eine Verbindung zwischen einem Innenraum des Kopfes (2) und einem Zwischenraum zwischen dem äußeren Spulenkörper (1) und dem Rückschlussblech (13) in den Zwischenraum zwischen dem äußeren Spulenkörper (1) und dem Rückschlussblech (13) eingefüllt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die isolierende Vergussmasse über eine Verbindung zwischen einem Innenraum des Kopfes (2) und einem Innenraum des äußeren Spulenkörpers (1) eingefüllt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 18-20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit der isolierenden Vergussmasse eine in dem Kopf (2) angeordnete elektronische Schaltungsanordnung zum Ansteuern der Primärspule vergossen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 18-21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Einfüllen der isolierenden Vergussmasse über den mit dem äußeren Spulenkörper (1) verbundenen Kopf (2) zunächst die Primärspule und die Sekundärspule mit der isolierenden Vergussmasse vergossen werden, während anschließend eine in dem Kopf (2) angeordnete elektronische Schaltungsanordnung zum Ansteuern der Primärspule mit der isolierenden Vergussmasse vergossen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 18-22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Spulenkörper (1) mit dem Kopf (2) derart in dem Rückschlussblech (13) angeordnet wird, dass durch einen Teil des Kopfes (2) eine Öffnung des Rückschlussblechs (13) verschlossen wird.
