Wie sich aus Figur 7 entnehmen lƤsst, ist in dem GehƤuse 14 der Dunstabzugsvorrichtung 1 ein Saugraum 15 im vorderen Bereich ausgebildet. Dieser Saugraum 15 verbindet den Absaugschirm 2 mit dem LĆ¼ftergehƤuse 3, Ć¼ber das die abgefĆ¼hrten DƤmpfe und Wrasen in einen Abluftschacht geleitet werden kƶnnen. Im unteren Bereich des GehƤuses 14 der Dunstabzugsvorrichtung 1 ist an der Seite die FĆ¼hrungsvorrichtung 5 fĆ¼r das Kabel 16 angeordnet. In der dargestellten AusfĆ¼hrungsform ist der Raum 8 in der FĆ¼hrungsvorrichtung 5 im Wesentlichen durch das GehƤuse 7 der FĆ¼hrungsvorrichtung 5 abgegrenzt. Eine Ɩffnung A in dem GehƤuse 7, durch die das Kabel 16 austreten kann, ist im eingebauten Zustand der FĆ¼hrungsvorrichtung 5 durch ein mit dem LĆ¼ftergehƤuse 3 verbundenes Abdichtelement 13 weitestgehend verschlossen. Vor der Montage der FĆ¼hrungsvorrichtung 5 in der Dunstabzugsvorrichtung 1 kann somit ein Kabel 16 mit einem Kabelstecker, der am Ende des Kabels 16 befestigt ist, durch die Ɩffnung A hindurchgefĆ¼hrt werden. Erst wenn die FĆ¼hrungsvorrichtung 5 vorzugsweise von unten in das GehƤuse 14 eingeschoben wird, wird die Ɩffnung A bis auf den Durchlass fĆ¼r das Kabel 16 durch das Abdichtelement 13 verschlossen. In der dargestellten AusfĆ¼hrungsform ist weiterhin eine Befestigungsvorrichtung 11 in Form einer Schikane angedeutet, die das Kabel 16 auƟerhalb der FĆ¼hrungsvorrichtung 5 fixiert. In Figur 7 ist der Zustand der Dunstabzugsvorrichtung 1 mit ausgezogenem Absaugschirm 2 angedeutet, wobei das Kabel 16 sich im Wesentlichen gerade durch den Raum 8 in der FĆ¼hrungsvorrichtung 5 erstreckt. Bei der erfindungsgemƤƟen Dunstabzugsvorrichtung besteht ein KabeldurchlaƟ, der groƟ genug ist, dass das Kabel zusammen mit einem breiten Stecker vor der Montage der FĆ¼hrungsvorrichtung einfach durch die FĆ¼hrungsvorrichtung gefĆ¼hrt werden kann. Bei der Montage der FĆ¼hrungsvorrichtung, die in der Regel durch Aufschieben von unten an den weiteren Bestandteilen der Dunstabzugshaube, insbesondere der RĆ¼ckwand befestigt wird, wird das Kabel automatisch fixiert und der DurchlaƟ zwischen dem Saugraum und dem RahmengehƤuse automatisch geschlossen. Dadurch kann ein Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit in das GehƤuse der Flachschirmhaube verhindert werden. Durch die erfindungsgemƤƟe Dunstabzugsvorrichtung kann insbesondere ein separates Verschlussteil zum VerschlieƟen und Abdichten eines Kabeldurchlasses entfallen und die Montagezeit dadurch erheblich verkĆ¼rzt werden. Claims (8)

  1. Vapour extracting device for extracting steam and vapour from a cooking region, in particular a low-profile hood,
    having a suction screen (2),
    a housing (14), in which a suction chamber (15) is provided, the suction screen (2) being adjustable in relation to the housing (14) and being connected to the suction chamber (15), by way of which the suction screen (2) is connected to a fan disposed in a fan housing (3) and an extracted air duct,
    and having at least one cable (16) for connecting at least one part of the suction screen (2) to an electrical connector that cannot be moved in relation to the housing (14) and is provided on a region of the vapour extracting device (1) away from the steam and vapour flow region, characterised in that the vapour extracting device (1) has at least one guide device (5) for the cable (16), in which a chamber (8) is formed, which is separate from the suction chamber (15) and in which the cable (16) is passed.
  2. Vapour extracting device according to claim 1, characterised in that the cable (16) is passed in a movable manner in the form of a loop in the chamber (8) formed in the guide device (5) for the cable (16).
  3. Vapour extracting device according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that guide device (5) interacts with the fan housing (3) and/or a rear wall (6) of the suction chamber (15), on which the fan housing (3) is disposed.
  4. Vapour extracting device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the fan housing (3), the rear wall (6) and/or a side wall of the suction chamber (15) has/have elements (13) for sealing at least one part of the chamber (8).
  5. Vapour extracting device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the chamber (8) in which the cable (16) is passed is separated from the suction chamber (15) by a part of the guide device (5) and a part of the fan housing (3).
  6. Vapour extracting device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the chamber (8) in the guide device (5) ends in an extended opening (9), by way of which the cable (16) passes downwards out of the guide device (5), on the lower face of the guide device (5) and ends in a second opening (10) on the upper face.
  7. Vapour extracting device according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the fan housing (3), the guide device (5) and/or the rear wall (6) has/have an attachment facility (11) for fixing the cable.
  8. Vapour extracting device according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the guide device (5) has at least one recess (12) for accommodating filter and/or cleaning elements.
