Claims (10)
- Walzenanordnung (1) für ein Walzwerk, insbesondere für ein Planetenschrägwalzwerk, mit einer auf einer Walzenwelle (2) angeordneten Walze (3), die lösbar mit der Walzenwelle (2) verbunden ist, wobei zwischen Walzenwelle (2) und Walze (3) Mittel (4) zum formschlüssigen Übertragen eines Antriebsdrehmomentes von der Walzenwelle (2) auf die Walze (3) angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (4) zum formschlüssigen Übertragen des Antriebsdrehmomentes aus einem ersten Zahnring (5) bestehen, der drehfest mit der Walzenwelle (2) verbunden ist, sowie aus einem zweiten Zahnring (6), der drehfest mit der Walze (3) verbunden ist, wobei die beiden Zahnringe (5, 6) Zähne zum gegenseitigen formschlüssigen Eingriff aufweisen. - Walzenanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnringe (5, 6) jeweils im axialen Endbereich der Walzenwelle (2) bzw. Walze (3) angeordnet sind. - Walzenanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zähne der Zahnringe (5, 6) als Geradverzahnung ausgebildet sind. - Walzenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest einer der Zahnringe (5, 6), mittels Stiften (7, 8) an der Walzenwelle (2) bzw. an der Walze (3) drehfest angeordnet ist. - Walzenanordnung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse der Stifte (7, 8) parallel zur Achse der Walzenwelle (2) bzw. Walze (3) angeordnet ist. - Walzenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walze (3) über eine kegelige Zentrierung (9) auf der Walzenwelle (2) angeordnet ist. - Walzenanordnung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kegelige Zentrierung (9) eine Länge (L) aufweist, die mindestens 30 % der axialen Erstreckung (L0) der Walze (3) beträgt. - Walzenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walze (3) mittels einer Schraubverbindung (10) mit der Walzenwelle (2) verbunden ist. - Walzenanordnung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraubverbindung (10) aus einer einzigen Schraube besteht, die koaxial zur Walze (3) bzw. Walzenwelle (2) angeordnet ist. - Walzenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Walze (3) und der Walzenwelle (2) eine Dichtung (11) angeordnet ist.
