Definitions

  • the invention relates to a base for a control cabinet with four corner elements, which are connected to one another via two parallel diaphragms and two transverse elements arranged parallel to one another.
  • Bases of the known type serve primarily to create a space under the control cabinet in which, among other things, the wiring of the cabinet can be arranged. This is particularly important when a number of switch cabinets are to be arranged next to one another, so that the individual switch cabinets can be cabled to one another in the space created by the base.
  • a frame of the control cabinet is usually screwed to the corner pieces of the base, whereas the longitudinal panels and transverse elements only serve as a cover, but do not have a supporting role.
  • the longitudinal panels and transverse elements are either screwed from the interior of the corner pieces or on the outside thereof to the corner piece.
  • control cabinets are to be installed in a row, it is necessary to subsequently remove the cross panels of the base in order to connect the control cabinets to one another or to enable wiring. If the transverse elements are attached to the corner pieces from the inside, the removal of the same is often very complex since the base of the control cabinets has to be removed in order to ensure access to the screws. If the cross elements are attached from the outside, it is necessary to remove them before placing the switch cabinets next to each other, since it is no longer possible to subsequently loosen the cross elements in the joint area between the switch cabinets. Due to the considerable weight of the control cabinets, however, when the control cabinets are joined together, the corner pieces can be displaced slightly, as a result of which exact positioning of the corner pieces of the adjacent control cabinets relative to one another is no longer easily guaranteed.
  • German utility model 84 10203 it is therefore proposed to provide two transverse diaphragms arranged one above the other instead of a continuous transverse diaphragm, each of which is connected to the corner pieces from the inside via angled side regions.
  • the cross panels of a switch cabinet arranged in a switch cabinet row can be released without having to change the switch cabinet row.
  • a simplification of access to the base is known from DE 42 05443 in that access to the corner piece is made possible by removing the longitudinal panel or a region of the longitudinal panel.
  • the interior of the base is therefore possible from the outside without having to intervene in the control cabinet itself. If access to the interior of the base has been created, the screws fixing the cross panel can be loosened. With this method, however, a complete cross panel is used again, problems often arise when subsequently removing the cross panel, since it cannot be easily removed from its position, so it is advisable to remove the cross panel before the control cabinets are pushed together.
  • this object is achieved in that at least one cross element as a pro- cess having rows of holes extending between the lower and / or upper sections of two adjacent corner elements. Filschiene is formed, which has on both sides at the same time on the outside and in the interior of the corner element extending end portions.
  • transverse elements designed according to the invention do not extend over the entire height of the corner pieces, but only over a certain area, they can be used particularly advantageously with control cabinets positioned next to one another. On the one hand, this ensures the stability of the base and the positioning of the corner pieces with respect to one another, since it is no longer necessary to remove the cross elements, so that the cabling can also be easily and easily laid over the cross elements.
  • the profile rail is U-shaped in cross-section, the U-legs extending parallel to the floor and with at least one of the U-legs a kink surface towards the other U-leg and parallel is angled to the base area.
  • the design of the cross element as a U-profile has proven particularly useful in terms of its stability. There is also the option of arranging cables within the U-profile.
  • each U-leg of the cross element has at least one row of holes. This makes it possible to simply attach further components to the cross element or to connect a plurality of adjacent transverse profile rails to one another.
  • the width of the base region of the profile rail can advantageously correspond to approximately one third of the height of the corner element. This ensures, on the one hand, that the base is sufficiently stable and, at the same time, sufficient space can be made available between two adjoining switch cabinets in the base area in order to ensure cabling, etc. here.
  • both the base region and the kink surface of the U-leg are extended on both sides beyond the profile rail and extend as the end sections on the outside or into the interior of the corner element.
  • the extended base region arranged on the outside of the corner pieces has projections which extend over a predetermined section over the outside of the corner pieces. In this way, the contact surface on the outside of the corner pieces is enlarged and an even better fixation is achieved.
  • At least one passage opening can be provided in the extended base area and / or protrusion of the transverse elements arranged on the outside of the corner pieces.
  • the cross element can simply be screwed to the corner element.
  • each corner element of the base can have a base and cover surface and two longitudinal surfaces extending between them.
  • the corner element is thus formed by only one frame, and in this way allows easy access to the interior of the base even when installed.
  • the corner elements can furthermore have a front side which has a substantially rectangular opening, this opening corresponding to at least half of the front side.
  • the stability of the corner pieces is significantly increased by the additional side.
  • the longitudinal surface facing away from the interior of the base in the installed state can have a stiffening surface angled at right angles to the rear on an edge extending parallel to the rear.
  • the stiffening surface takes over the task of the back and thus serves for additional stabilization.
  • the stiffening surfaces and the opening formed on the front side can advantageously be opposite one another. This feature in turn ensures stability since the open areas of the front and back are not opposite each other.
  • the stiffening surface arranged on the rear side has a slot-shaped recess in the area adjacent to the cover and / or base surface, which runs parallel to the longitudinal edge of the corner piece. In the assembled state, the end sections of the cross element extending into the interior of the corner piece are inserted into these slot-shaped recesses.
  • the longitudinal surfaces of the corner elements facing one another in the installed state have essentially rectangular punched-out sections which are angled parallel to the front surface of the corner piece.
  • the angled punching areas are preferably provided with through openings.
  • each corner piece has at least one passage opening. These through openings serve to fasten the base to the control cabinet or the base to the floor.
  • the longitudinal panel is constructed in three parts, a longitudinal panel section between the corner elements extending beyond the stiffening surfaces or up to the passage openings and two essentially identical covering elements placed on the open areas of the front surfaces of the corner pieces are.
  • the cover sections are advantageously plugged on. This type of attachment is particularly simple.

  • each corner element 1 has a base 2 and cover surface 3, as well as two longitudinal surfaces 4, 5 extending between them individual surfaces are arranged at right angles to each other and form an open frame.
  • the corner pieces are arranged in such a way that the longitudinal surfaces of the two adjacent hard corner pieces are facing each other, which are further apart. In the installed state, this side is covered by the longitudinal panels 6, 7.
  • the bottom and top surface is longer than each longitudinal surface 4, 5, so that the corner piece is wider than it is high.
  • the front side 9 extends between the bottom and top surfaces and between the longitudinal surfaces 4, 5.
  • the front side 9 is penetrated by an essentially square opening 28 which is approximately the same length or height of the longitudinal surfaces 4, 5, so that the opening 28 is larger than the remaining surface of the front side 9.
  • the opening 28 is arranged on the edge of the front side facing the longitudinal surface 4 in such a way that on the cover and base surfaces as well A web area remains on the longitudinal surface 4 facing edges of the opening.
  • the remaining surface of the front 9 faces the longitudinal surface 5.
  • the longitudinal surface 4 that is to say the surface facing away from the interior of the base in the installed state, has a stiffening surface 8 on the edge facing the rear of the corner element 1, which is angled at right angles from the longitudinal surface to the rear.
  • the stiffening surface 4 is formed in one piece with the stiffening surface 8 and this stiffening surface only covers the smaller part of the previously open back.
  • the stiffening surface 8 is aligned to the front in such a way that it lies opposite the opening 28.
  • the side surface 5 lying in the interior of the base in the installed state also has a rectangular punching area 10 which is punched out on three sides and is angled on the longitudinal edge of the longitudinal surface in one plane with the stiffening surface 9.
  • This punching area preferably has a passage opening, by means of which the longitudinal panel 7, 6 can simply be screwed on in the finished state.
  • the punched-out area 10 only comprises a section of the longitudinal surface 5, so that the stability of the corner piece is not impaired.
  • the stiffening surface 8 located in the installed state on the back of each corner piece 1 has a slot-shaped recess 11, 11 'in the upper and lower area.
  • the top and bottom surfaces of the corner piece 1 each have two through openings, by means of which the corner pieces can be attached to the control cabinet or the floor. Since only a portion of the back of each corner piece is covered by the stiffening surface 8, easy access to the corner piece or the interior of the base is possible from the outside, even after the base has been fastened to the control cabinet. This ensures easy access to the interior even after the control cabinet or a control cabinet row has been set up, so that subsequent cabling can be carried out without problems.
  • the longitudinal diaphragms 6, 7 are designed identically to one another, whereas the transverse elements 13, 14 can be designed differently, depending on whether the control cabinet is to be built in a row or alone.

  • the cross element 13 is therefore designed as a cover element corresponding to the longitudinal diaphragms 6, 7, and performs corresponding functions, i.e. serves as an optical element and prevents e.g. that dirt penetrates into the plinth space.
  • the structure of the longitudinal diaphragms 6, 7 and the transverse element 13 is described below.
  • the cross element 14 is covered in the assembled state, as shown in FIG. 3, for example, by the next control cabinet, and therefore does not have to perform any covering functions.
