Claims (2)
- Gummizylinderhülse (1) (Transferzylinderhülse) insbesondere für Offsetdruckmaschinen, mit einer durch Luft aufweitbaren inneren Trägerhülse (2), auf der ein Gummibelag (3) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gummibelag (3) einen Schichtaufbau (2) aufweist, der beabstandet zur Aussenoberfläche kompressible Schichtelemente (3) und die Elastizität (S) beeinflussende Schichtelemente (4) wie Fäden/Garne oder Gewebe enthält, wobei die die Elastizität (S) beeinflussenden Schichtelemente (4) gleichmässig in Umfangsrichtung sind und in Richtung der Hülsenachse unterschiedlich stark in definierter Weise vorgereckt sind, so dass über die Hülsenbreite ein tangentiales Elastizitätsprofil (6a, 6b, 6c) entsteht, das bezüglich der Mitte der Hülsenbreite symmetrisch gestaltet ist.
- Gummizylinderhülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elastizität (S) in Umfangsrichtung der Hülse verglichen mit einer über Hülsenachse gleichförmig verlaufenden Steifigkeit ein Profil (6a, 6b, 6c) in axialer Richtung aufweist, so dass dieses Elastizitätsprofil (6a, 6b, 6c) über die Bahnbreite das Geschwindigkeitsprofil der geförderten Papierbahn verändert, derart dass das Förderverhalten der Gummizylinderhülse über der Bahnbreite in einem Bereich von -0,5% < 0 < +0,5% beeinflusst ist.
