Claims (23)
- Gummizylinderhülse (Transferzylinderhülse), insbesondere für Offset-Druckmaschinen, mit einer durch Luft aufweitbaren inneren Trägerhülse (3), einer darüberliegend angeordneten kompressiblen Schicht (4) und einer äußeren Deckschicht (6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerhülse (3) mit einer Stoßstelle (7) und die auf dieser angeordnete kompressible Schicht (4) mit einer Stoßstelle (8) versehen sind und die äußere Deckschicht (6) kontinuierlich ohne Stoßstelle ausgebildet ist.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der kompressiblen Schicht (4) und der Deckschicht (6) oder in der kompressiblen Schicht (4) eine weitere nicht dehnbare Schicht (5) oder nicht dehnbare Gewebe oder Fäden, oder Gewebestücke oder Fädenstücke vorgesehen sind, die eine Stoßstelle (9) aufweisen.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kompressible Schicht (4) Lufteinschlüsse aufweist.
- Hülse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckschicht (6) kompressibel ist und Lufteinschlüsse aufweist.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckschicht (6) weniger kompressibel als die kompressible Schicht (4) ist.
- Hülse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der inneren metallischen Trägerhülse (3) ein Offset-Gummituch aufgeklebt ist, dessen äußere Schicht mit einer Stoßstelle aufgetragen ist.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß anstelle der abgetragenen äußeren Schicht mit Stoßstelle eine kontinuierliche stoßstellenfreie äußere Deckschicht (6) vorgesehen ist.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Deckschicht (6) auf eine darunterliegende Schicht (5 oder 4) aufvulkanisiert ist, die Stoßstellen (9 oder 8) aufweist.
- Hülse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stoßstelle der metallischen Trägerhülse (3) eine Schweißnaht (7) aufweist, daß die Stoßstellen (8, 9) der darüberliegenden Schichten (4, 5) durch aneinanderstoßende Enden der aufgeklebten oder aufvulkanisierten Schichten (4, 5) gebildet werden.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stoßstellen (8, 9) Klebestellen sind.
- Gummizylinderhülse (Transferzylinderhülse), insbesondere für Offset-Druckmaschinen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einer aufweitbaren inneren Trägerhülse eine äußere Schicht mit Lufteinschlüssen oder mit nach unten offenen Luftkanälen angeordnet ist.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der äußeren Schicht nicht dehnbare Materialien angordnet sind.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das nicht dehnbare Material Fäden oder Fadenstücke sind.
- Gummizylinderhülse (Transferzylinderhülse), insbesondere nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß daß die innere Trägerhülse (3) eine faserverstärkte Hartgummischicht ist.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerhülse (3) nahtlos ist.
- Gummizylinderhülse (Transferzylinderhülse), insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerhülse (3.1, 3.2, 3.3) eine innere keglige Mantelfläche aufweist.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenfläche der Trägerhülse (3.1, 3.2, 3.3) zylindrisch ist.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerhülse (3.1) aus einem Metall, insbesondere Nickel, besteht.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerhülse (3.3) aus einem glasfaserverstärkten Kunststoff besteht, wobei auf einer mehrlagigen, insbesondere gewickelten Glasfaserschicht (13) eine Epoxidharzschicht (14) mit einer zylindrischen Außenfläche angeordnet ist.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerhülse (3.2) einen inneren Träger (11) aus Metall, insbesondere Nickel, enthält, der eine keglige äußere Mantelfläche aufweist, auf der eine feste Kunststoffschicht (12), insbesondere Hartgummi, mit einer zylindrischen äußeren Mantelfläche angeordnet ist.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffschicht (12) mit einer Stoßstelle versehen ist.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 20 oder 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (11) aus auf Stoß geformtem Blech besteht und wahlweise der Stoß verschweißt ist.
- Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 22 zur Verwendung auf einem Transferzylinder mit kegliger Mantelfläche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transferzylinder (1.1) im mittleren Bereich und/oder mindestens in einem Endbereich der Mantelfläche radiale Bohrungen (1a) für Druckluft aufweist.
