Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif (1) pour déformer un matériau à faible épaisseur de paroi à partir d'une pièce de matériau (2) essentiellement plate de façon à créer un corps en forme de douille (20), avec deux matrices de moulage (3, 4), au moins l'une d'entre elles étant agencée de façon mobile contre l'autre, sachant qu'au moins une des matrices de moulage (3, 4) est logée de façon pivotante, caractérisé en ce que dans l'état ouvert des deux matrices de moulage (3, 4), l'écart de l'ouverture est prévu de telle sorte que la pièce de matériau plate (2) peut être insérée entre les deux matrices de moulage, et qu'à chaque extrémité des deux matrices de moulage (3, 4) située près de l'articulation (5) des matrices de moulage (3, 4) sont disposées des griffes (6, 7) engrenant entre elles, et qu'à chaque extrémité des deux matrices de moulage (3, 4) éloignée de l'articulation (5) est disposée une lame de centrage (8, 9).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la lame de centrage (8, 9) est logée de façon pivotante.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la lame de centrage (8, 9) est logée de façon pivotante sur un levier à deux bras (30), un disque à cames (31, 32) ou similaire agissant sur le bras de levier qui est éloigné de la lame de centrage (8, 9).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévue, de préférence à proximité de la lame de centrage (8, 9), une pièce de fermeture amovible (10, 11).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de fermeture (10, 11) est logée de façon à pouvoir être déplacée de manière longitudinale.
