Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Brandschutzplatte mit vormontiertem Hinterlegungsstreifen mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a fire protection plate with preassembled deposit strip having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
Zur Verkleidung von Bauten mit Brandschutzplatten, beispielsweise im Tunnelbau, ist es bekannt, dass die Brandschutzplatten an ihren Stößen mit Hinterlegungsstreifen montiert werden. Dabei ist jeder Hinterlegungsstreifen in der Regel so angeordnet, dass er etwa mittig zwei benachbarte Kanten der Brandschutzplatten hinterlegt. Die Hinterlegungsstreifen sind ebenfalls aus feuerfestem Material. Kommt es zu Spalten zwischen den einzelnen Brandschutzplatten, so hat dies insbesondere den Vorteil, dass auch an diesen Stellen der Untergrund durch die Hinterlegungsstreifen geschützt wird. Im Sinne einer wirtschaftlichen Montage werden die Hinteriegungsstreifen teilweise vormontiert. Dazu wird unter zwei benachbarte, senkrecht zueinander stehende Kanten der Brandschutzplatte jeweils etwa zur Hälfte überstehend ein Hinterlegungsstreifen befestigt. Dieser Befestigung kommt lediglich für die Montage auf der Baustelle Bedeutung zu. Sie wird daher mittels einer einfachen Schraube, Klammer oder dgl. realisiert. Auf der Baustelle werden die Brandschutzplatten aneinander gesetzt und zwar derart, dass jeweils eine Kante ohne Hinterlegungsstreifen auf einen bereits montierten Hinterlegungsstreifen angesetzt wird. Dann werden die Brandschutzplatten durch die Hinterlegungsstreifen hindurch entlang des gesamten Umfangs mittels Befestigungsanker oder dgl. befestigt. Auf diese Weise werden mit jeder Brandschutzplatte gleich auch die notwendigen Hinterlegungsstreifen montiert.For cladding buildings with fire protection panels, for example in tunneling, it is known that the fire protection panels are mounted on their joints with deposit strips. Insbesondere bei Tunnelbauten treten jedoch vorwiegend gekrümmte Wände auf. Würden hier die oben genannten Brandschutzplatten verwendet, so lägen die Hinterlegungsstreifen entlang der Tunnelröhre beim Ansetzen der Brandschutzplatte lediglich mit einer Kante auf. Bei der Befestigung der Brandschutzplatte müsste entweder die Vormontageverbindung zum Hinterlegungsstreifen gelöst oder der Hinterlegungsstreifen einer starken Biegebeanspruchungen ausgesetzt werden. Er bietet damit eine stabile Auflage für die Brandschutzplatte. Eine derartige Masse hat den Vorteil, dass das Scharnier durch einfaches Auftragen der Masse als Raupe oder Klebepunkte angebracht werden kann. Dieser Vorgang ist einfach automatisierbar. Durch Abbinden beispielsweise an der Luft erhält die Masse seine entgültige Festigkeit. Aufgrund seiner Klebeeigenschaften werden die Brandschutzplatte und der Hinterlegungsstreifen bis mindestens zur Montage auf der Baustelle zusammen gehalten. Beim Ansetzen der Brandschutzplatte an den Untergrund kann die Masse derart leicht verformt werden, dass sich der Winkel zwischen Brandschutzplatte und Hinterlegungsstreifen anpassen kann. Dabei ist mit "leicht verformbar" gemeint, dass die zur Anpassung des Winkels notwendigen Kräfte und Momente gering gegenüber den aus dem Gewicht der Brandschutzplatte resultierenden Kräften und Momenten bei der Montage sind. Die Verformung der Masse kann dabei elastisch und/oder plastisch sein. In einer anderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung könnte das Scharnier im Moment der Winkelanpassung auch reißen.In a preferred embodiment, the hinge is an adhesive, setting, and easily deformable mass. Die in Figur 1 dargestellte Brandschutzplatte 1 mit einem vormontierten Hinterlegungsstreifen 2 weist ein Scharnier in Form eines Klebebandes 3 auf. In Figur 2 ist eine Brandschutzplatte 1a mit einem Hinterlegungsstreifen 2a dargestellt. Als Scharnier weist diese Ausführung eine verformbare Masse 4, beispielsweise Silikon, auf. Um für die Masse 4 ein ausreichendes Volumen und damit Verformbarkeit zur Verfügung zu stellen, weist die Brandschutzplatte 1a eine Ausnehmung in Form einer Fase 5 auf. Die Darstellung zeigt die Brandschutzplatte 1a im befestigten Zustand. Als weiterer Vorteil der Fase 5 ergibt sich dabei, dass die Brandschutzplatte 1 a direkt auf dem Hinterlegungsstreifen 2a aufliegt und es somit zu einer stabilen Verbindung kommt. Zur Befestigung der Brandschutzplatte 1a wird sie mit dem Hinterlegungsstreifen 2a an den Untergrund 6, beispielsweise eine Tunnelwand, angelegt, wodurch sich der Winkel α' zwischen Hinterlegungsstreifen 2a und Brandschutzplatte 1a derart einstellt, dass der Hinterlegungsstreifen 2a tangential an der gekrümmten Oberfläche 7 des Untergrunds 6 anliegt. Gegenüber dem vormontierten Zustand ist die Masse 4 elastisch und/oder plastisch verformt. In der dargestellten Position der Brandschutzplatte 1 a wird das Bohrloch 8 durch die Brandschutzplatte 1a und den Hinterlegungsstreifen 2a bis in den Untergrund 6 erstellt und die Brandschutzplatte 1 a mit dem Befestigungsanker 9 fixiert. Im nächsten Schritt der Montage wird die benachbarte Brandschutzplatte 1b entsprechend der Fügerichtung A angesetzt und ebenfalls mit einem Befestigungsanker fixiert.FIG. 2 shows a
