Description

The invention relates to a building panel, in particular a facade panel as heat / sound insulation for exterior facades, according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method for laying such building panels according to the preamble of claim 11.

Such building panels are laid so that they abut each other with their edges. Due to manufacturing tolerances and / or unevenness of the substrate, small gaps may remain between adjacent building panels, which must subsequently be reworked to avoid thermal insulation bridges and open diffusion channels.

Building boards are also known ( DE 297 16 320 U1 ), which have an elastically deformable edge zone, which is formed by the fact that in the building panel from the visible side of a joint is introduced, which extends over a part of the thickness of the building board. When laying the building panels pressure pieces are used in these joints that press the edge zones firmly against the adjacent building board. As a result, gaps between the adjoining edges of adjacent building panels are closed, so that subsequent processing and associated costs are saved. When installing such building boards, however, the pressure pieces must be introduced into the joints.

There are still building boards known ( EP 1 431 473 A1 ), which have slots of constant width, which open into the underground facing the inside. If the building board is fastened to the substrate with a bonding agent, penetrates the connecting means in the slot. If an adjacent building board is pressed, the edge zone between the slot and the adjacent edge of the building board can not be bent back because of the connection means located in the slot. As a result, the gap between adjoining structural panels in the outside is not closed.

The invention has the object of providing the generic structural panel and the generic method in such a way that the building panels can be installed easily and inexpensively.

This object is achieved according to the invention in the generic building board with the characterizing features of claim 1 and in the generic method according to the invention with the characterizing features of claim 11.

When laying the building board according to the invention is pressed with its edge zone against an already laid building board. As a result, the edge zone is elastically deformed so that the joint is closed in the building board. Then this building board lies with the elastically deformed edge zone over the entire surface of the adjacent, already laid building board. The deformation process ensures in a simple manner that no gaps remain between adjacent building panels. In the finished component outer wall, such gaps form a physically open water vapor diffusion channel with an increased risk that the gaps will be visible on the outer surface of the applied plaster layer. Once the joint is closed by elastic deformation of the edge zone, adjacent building boards are firmly together. The building board according to the invention is easy to handle during installation. In particular, no additional components, such as plungers, must be used. As a result, there also does not occur the problem that such additional components are lost during storage and / or during transport and are then not available when laying.

The edge zone of the building board according to the invention is at an open gap obliquely outwards. When creating the building board, the edge zone is elastically bent back so that it rests flat with its side or outer surface of the adjacent building board. Based on the closed joint, the publisher can easily determine that the building board to be laid is correctly resting against the neighboring, already laid building board.

The end of the joint is advantageously in an imaginary joint plane, which runs parallel to the adjacent outside of the building board. The imaginary bending axis of the edge zone lies in this imaginary joint plane.

Advantageously, the edge zone has a height of at least 60 mm. As a result, the edge zone has a length such that it can be elastically deformed during installation of the building board with little resistance.

Der stumpfe Winkel ist vorteilhaft kleiner als 180°.The outside of the edge zone, which is to come to rest on the outside of the adjacent building board, is at an obtuse angle to the outside of the edge region of the building board, which is located in the area below the joint. The obtuse angle is advantageously less than 180 °.

An adhesive is applied to this edge region in order to fasten the building board to the respective substrate.

Due to the elastic deformation of the edge zone adjacent building panels are under compressive stress to each other. This ensures that no undesirable gaps form between adjacent building panels.

Advantageously, these compressive stresses in the area of the visible side of the building boards are the largest, so that the formation of unwanted gaps between adjacent building boards is prevented with certainty in the field of view of the laid building boards.

In the method according to the invention, the building boards are attached to a substrate and placed abutting each other. In this case, the building board is applied with its edge zone to an already laid building board, that the edge zone is so far elastically deformed that the joint is closed. The edge zone runs before applying to the already laid building board obliquely outward. When applying to the already laid building board, the edge zone is bent inwards so that the side walls of the joint are adjacent to each other.

The structural panel 1 shown in the drawings serves as a facade panel, which is used as a thermal insulation / sound insulation for an external facade. On the building board 1, a primer and a top coat is applied.

The plate is pushed with other identically shaped plates 1 abutting in series behind and / or side by side on a building outside.

Die Fuge 3 verläuft vorteilhaft senkrecht zur Sichtseite 4.The building board 1 is formed in the embodiment as an elongated, rectangular plate. It has in the region of at least one edge 2 a gap 3, which extends from the outer or visible side 4 of the building board 1 in the direction of the opposite outer side 5 of the building board 1. The joint 3 terminates at a distance from this outer side 5. The joint 3 extends transversely to the plane of the drawing over the entire width or length of the building board 1. The joint 3 is bounded by two side walls 6, 7, which are advantageously flat and of the Visible side 4 made converging. The gap 3 is advantageously perpendicular to the visible side. 4

As Fig. 3 shows, the building board 1 has two joints 3, of which the one joint 3 extends parallel to the narrow side and the other joint 3 parallel to the adjacent longitudinal side of the building board 1. The parallel to the narrow side the building board 1 extending joint 3 extends between the two longitudinal sides 18 and 19 of the building board 1, while extending parallel to the longitudinal side of the joint 3 between the two narrow sides 9, 17 of the building board. In Fig. 3 only the narrow side 17 of the building board 1 'is shown. The two mutually perpendicular joints 3 intersect each other in a corner region of the building board 1 at right angles. As a result, in this corner region, a column-shaped end piece 22 is formed, which has an angular cross-section. The two joints 3 of the building board 1 are identical and are each bounded by the two side walls 6, 7, which are advantageously flat in the manner described and extend converging from the visible side 4 in the direction of the opposite outside 5 of the building board 1.

The joints 3 delimiting side walls 6 each form an inner side of a locking leg 8, which is advantageously formed integrally with the building board 1. When uninstalled building board 1, the locking legs 8 are slightly inclined outwards ( Fig. 1 ). The closure legs 8 advantageously have a height of at least 60 mm. The outer side 9, 19 of the locking leg 8 is thus at a large obtuse angle α, which is smaller than 180 ° to the outside 10, 21 of the lower portion 11 of the building board 1. Under the lower plate portion 11 is that part of the structural panel 1 to understand , which is adhered to the substrate 13 with the aid of a bonding agent 12, preferably an adhesive. The outside 10, 21 of this area 11 is perpendicular to the visible side 4 of the building board 1. The angle α is in Fig. 1 for the one locking leg 8 shown. For the other locking leg 8, the angle α is advantageously the same; but he can also have a different value.

The end 14 of the joints 3 lies in an imaginary joint plane 15 (FIG. Fig.1 ), which extends parallel to the inside 5 of the building board 1. The locking legs 8 are elastically bent back when laying the building board 1 in a manner to be described so that the joints 3 are closed. A foot portion 16 of the locking leg 8 is sufficiently wide, so that there is no risk of the closure legs 8 being partially or completely torn off from the remaining part of the building board 1 during storage and / or during transport.

Fig. 1 shows the one building panel 1 'in a laid state. It is provided with the connecting layer 12, preferably an adhesive layer, with which the building board 1 'on the outside of the substrate 13, for example, a masonry, is attached. The building panel 1 'has on this side the outside 17, to which the in Fig. 1 right building board 1 is attached. It is provided on its inside with the bonding layer 12. The closure legs 8 are compared to the remaining part (body) of this structural panel 1 inclined outwards, so that the joints 3 are open. The building panel 1 is now attached to the outside 9 of the locking leg 8 to the outside 17 of the already laid building board 1 '. The structural panel 1 to be laid is pressed against the installed building panel 1 'in such a way that the locking limb 8 is bent back so far that the gap 3 is closed (FIG. Fig. 2 ). Since the structural panel 1 to be laid is pushed with pressure against the laid building board 1 ', compressive stresses occur in the area between the abutting outer sides 9, 17, which are indicated by the arrows in FIG Fig. 2 are indicated. These compressive stresses ensure that the locking leg 8 rests flat over its height on the outer side 17 of the laid building board 1 '. The height of the compressive stresses can be highest in the area of the visible side 4, so that a gap formation in the joint area of the two building boards 1, 1 'is reliably avoided.

Since the building board 1 has two mutually perpendicular locking leg 8, it can also be pressed with its corresponding longitudinal side to an adjacent, already laid building board. Then the associated locking leg 8 is also elastically bent back so far in the manner described, that the associated joint 3 is closed. Due to the described construction, the building board 1 thus both with its one narrow side and with its one longitudinal side so be attached to a laid building board, that the joints 3 are closed by elastic deformation of the locking leg 8.

The columnar corner piece 22, which is bounded on the inside by a part of the intersecting joints 3, extends perpendicularly to the inside 5 or to the visible side 4 of the building board. The corner piece 22 projects beyond the longitudinal or narrow side of the building board 1, so that it is elastically deformed when it is attached to a laid building board 1 '. Advantageously, the outer sides of the undeformed corner piece 22 lie in a plane with the outer sides 9, 19 of the non-deformed locking legs 8.

The laying of the plates 1 is facilitated by the lower plate portion 11 is formed with its outer sides 10, 21 at right angles to the visible side 4. By the outer sides 10, 21 of this plate portion 11, the exact installation position of the building board 1 is determined. It lies against the corresponding outer side of the laid building boards 1 '. If the outsides 9, 10; 19 lie flat against the respective plate outside, the corresponding locking leg 8 is sufficiently bent back so far elastically that on the one hand, the joint 3 closed and on the other the locking legs 8 with its outer sides 9, 19 flat against the outside of the adjacent laid building board 1 ' , During this laying process, the corner piece 22 is also elastically deformed.

To generate the compressive stresses between adjacent plates 1 no additional construction or mounting element is required. The compressive stresses are generated only by the elastic deformation of the locking leg 8 during the laying process. The joint 3 also gives the publisher a reliable indication that the building board 1 is laid correctly. Only when the joint 3 is closed, is the corresponding building board 1 with its outer sides 9, 10; 19 flat on the respective outer side 17 of the adjacent building board 1 at.

In the manner described, the building boards 1 can be laid easily. The building panels 1 may be made of any suitable material that is suitable for thermal insulation / sound insulation.

The building board 1 can be applied with their sides having the locking leg 8 to each side of the already laid building board 1.

In practice, the building boards 1 are laid in the diagonal direction, the respective building board 1 is recognized simultaneously with its narrow side 9 to the narrow side 17 of the already laid building board 1 'and with its longitudinal side 19 to the longitudinal side of another, already laid building board. The narrow side 17 of a laid building board 1 'and the right angle adjoining the longitudinal side of the other laid building board form a corner, in which the next to be laid building board is used. In this laying process, the corner piece 22 is elastically deformed in the manner described, so that it rests with its outer sides lying at an angle to each other by closing the joint section on the narrow side and on the longitudinal side of the adjacent adjacent laid construction boards.

Fig. 4 shows the possibility of mounting the building board 1 also rotated by 180 °. In this case, the locking legs 8 extend from the closed plate portion 11 down in the direction of the substrate 13. The visible side of the building panel 1 is formed in this case by the side 5, which is closed throughout, as the joints 3 through the closed plate area 11 are hidden. The mode of operation in the assembly of the building board 1 is the same as in the previous embodiment. The structural panel 1 to be laid is applied to the already laid building panels so that the slightly outwardly inclined locking legs 8 are elastically bent back in the manner described so far that the joints 3 are closed. Also, the corner piece 22 is elastically deformed in the manner described when laying the building panels 1.

The connecting layer 12 is applied to the end face of the locking leg 8 and on the outside 4 of the plate 1. The assembly of this building board 1 takes place immediately after the application of the bonding layer 12, so that it is not cured yet and thus deformation of the locking leg 8 and the corner piece 22 is easily possible. As in the previous embodiment, the outer sides 9 of the locking legs 8 and the corner piece 22 lie after deformation in a plane with the outer sides 10, 21 of the plate portion 11th

Before laying the outer sides close 9 of the non-deformed locking leg 8 with the outside 10, 21 of the plate portion 11 as in the embodiment of the Fig. 1 to 3 a large obtuse angle α of less than 180 °. The outsides 10, 21 of the plate member 11 are perpendicular to the sides 4, 5 of the building board 1. The outsides of the non-deformed (not shown) corner pieces of building boards are as in the previous embodiment advantageously in the same plane as the outsides 9,19 not deformed locking leg 8.

In the illustrated embodiments, the angle α is significantly more than 90 °, for example about 170 ° to about 177 °.
