Claims (12)
- Füllorgan für Kunststoffflaschen (1) mit einer an die Flaschenmündung andrückbaren Dichtung (2) dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (2) härter ist als die Flasche (1).
- Füllorgan nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (2) unnachgiebig ist.
- Füllorgan nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Dichtung (2) aus Metall besteht.
- Füllorgan nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (2) aus rostfreiem Stahl besteht.
- Füllorgan nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (2) einstückig mit einem lösbaren Bodenstück (3) des Füllorgans ausgebildet ist.
- Füllorgan nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (2) eine innenkonische Dichtfläche (4) aufweist.
- Füllorgan nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kegelwinkel der innenkonischen Dichtfläche (4) ca. 60° beträgt.
- Füllorgan nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an die Dichtfläche (4) nach unten hin eine innenkonische Zentrierfläche (5) mit einem größeren Kegelwinkel anschließt.
- Füllorgan nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an die innenkonische Dichtfläche (4) nach oben hin eine horizontale Ringfläche (6) anschließt, deren Innendurchmesser in etwa dem Innendurchmesser der Flaschenmündung entspricht.
- Füllorgan nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (2) mehrere innenkonische Dichtflächen (4, 4') mit unterschiedlichen Durchmesser für Kunststoffflaschen (1) mit unterschiedlichem Mündungsdurchmesser aufweist.
- Füllorgan nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Einrichtung (9) zum Zu- und Ableiten eines Spanngases mit überatmosphärischem Druck aufweist.
- Füllorgan nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Huborgan (H) umfasst, welches die Kunftstoffflasche (1) mit einer Anpresskraft von vorzugsweise 20 kp und mehr gegen die Dichtung (2) drückt.
