Claims (10)
- Gefäßfüllmaschine mit einem Vorratsbehälter (2) für die abzufüllende Flüssigkeit und ein Spanngas, an den mindestens ein füllrohrloses Füllorgan (5) angeschlossen ist, welches eine Auslauföffnung (9) für die Flüssigkeit, ein dieser vorgeschaltetes Flüssigkeitsventil (17), ein in dessen federbelastetem, höhenbeweglichem Ventilkörper (16) angeordnetes Spanngasventil (21), eine in dessen höhenbeweglichem Ventilkörper (21) gehaltene, in ein Gefäß einführbare, füllhöhenbestimmende Sonde (31), sowie ein von dieser steuerbares Stellorgan (29) für den Ventilkörper des Spanngasventils aufweist, wobei die Sonde die Hubbewegung des Ventilkörpers des Spanngasventils mitmacht und gegenüber der Auslauföffnung (9) nach unten hin absteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sonde (31) gasdicht aus dem unteren Ende des Ventilkörpers (21) des Spanngasventils (22) herausgeführt ist.
- Gefäßfüllmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslauföffnung (9) über einen Kanal (37) mit einem Steuerventil (38) verbunden ist.
- Gefäßfüllmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerventil (38) mit einer Ringleitung (40) verbunden ist.
- Gefäßfüllmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spanngasventil (22) unterhalb des Flüssigkeitspegels (4) im Vorratsbehälter (2), vorzugsweise unmittelbar über dem Flüssigkeitsventil (17), angeordnet ist.
- Gefäßfüllmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilkörper (21) des Spanngasventils (22) auf Höhe seines Ventilsitzes (20) endet und die Sonde (31) frei aus diesem Ventilkörper (21) heraus und durch den Ventilkörper (16) des Flüssigkeitsventils (17) und die Auslauföffnung (9) hindurchragt.
- Gefäßfüllmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am unteren Ende des Ventilkörpers (16) des Flüssigkeitsventils (17) ein Gasrohr (25) befestigt ist, welches den aus dem Ventilkörper (21) des Spanngasventils herausragenden Bereich der Sonde (31) zumindest teilweise unmittelbar unter Bildung eines Ringraums umgibt.
- Gefäßfüllmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilsitz (10) des Flüssigkeitsventils (17) und ggf. der Kanal (37) in einem Ventilblock (8) ausgebildet sind, der an der Unterseite des Vorratsbehälters (2) befestigt und über eine Bohrung (12) in dessen Boden mit dessen Innenraum verbunden ist.
- Gefäßfüllmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilkörper (21) des Spanngasventils (22) und/oder die Sonde (31) durch den Deckel des Vorratsbehälters (2) beweglich hindurch ins Freie geführt und mit dem auf dem Deckel angeordneten Stellorgan (29) verbunden ist.
- Gefäßfüllmaschine nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Oberseite des Ventilblocks (8) ein mit seitlichen Öffnungen (13) versehenes Rohrstück (14) befestigt ist, in dem der Ventilkörper (16) des Flüssigkeitsventils (17) höhenbeweglich geführt ist.
- Gefäßfüllmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich am oberen Ende des Rohrstücks (14) eine Druckfeder (36) abstützt, deren oberes Ende sich am oberen Ende des aus dem Rohrstück (14) herausragenden, innerhalb des Vorratsbehälters (2) über dem Pegel (4) endenden Ventilkörpers (16) des Flussigkeitsventils abstützt.
