Claims (25)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Applikatoren für kosmetische Produkte, insbesondere Flockapplikatoren, wobei der Applikator eine Außenfläche aufweist, die in wenigstens einem Bereich mit einem oder mehreren Durchbrüchen versehen ist, und eine mit Flock beschichtete Applikationsfläche, die wenigstens aus einem Teil der Außenfläche besteht und mindestens den Bereich mit den Durchbrüchen umfasst, mit den Schritten:Anordnen des Applikators in einer Maschinenaufnahme;Beschichten der Applikationsfläche mit einem Klebstoff;Aufbringen der Flockschicht auf die mit Klebstoff beschichtete Applikationsfläche; undAbbindenlassen des Klebstoffs;
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verfahrenschritt des Öffnens zugesetzter Durchbrüche jeweils wenigstens einmal nach dem Beschichten der Applikationsfläche mit Klebstoff und/oder nach dem Aufbringen des Flocks auf die mit Klebstoff beschichtete Applikationsfläche angewendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verfahrenschritt des Öffnens zugesetzter Durchbrüche unmittelbar nach dem Aufbringen des Flocks auf die mit Klebstoff beschichtete Applikationsfläche angewendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verfahrenschritt des Öffnens zugesetzter Durchbrüche nach einer festgelegten Wartezeit nach dem Aufbringen des Flocks auf die mit Klebstoff beschichtete Applikationsfläche angewendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wartezeit nach dem Aufbringen des Flocks auf die mit Klebstoff beschichtete Applikationsfläche im Bereich von 0 bis 3600 s liegt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zugesetzten Durchbrüche der Applikatoren durch Ausblasen von innen nach außen mit dem Druckfluid geöffnet werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckfluidquelle wenigstens eine Düse aufweist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckfluidquelle mindestens ein Diffusionselement aufweist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckfluid mit einem vorbestimmten Druck im Bereich von 1 bis 150 N/cm2, vorzugsweise von 10 bis 100 N/cm2 von der Druckfluidquelle abgegeben wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckfluid mit einer Taktfrequenz von 0,1 bis 10 1/s, vorzugsweise von 0,2 bis 5 1/s von der Druckfluidquelle abgegeben wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zum Auftragen der Klebstoffschicht ein Klebstofftauchbad ist, wobei das Klebstofftauchbad und der wenigstens eine Applikator relativ zueinander verfahrbar angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17,
