- Blendeneinstellvorrichtung für eine mit einer Frontblende (3) ausgestattete Schublade (2), die in einem Korpus (1) über ein Schienensystem (4) mit mindestens je einer Schubladenschiene (10), einer Korpusschiene (18) und optional einem Schubladen-Dekorprofil (6) zu beiden Seiten längsverschieblich geführt ist, wobei die Blendeneinstellvorrichtung zur Veränderung des eingeschlossenen Neigungswinkels (9) zwischen der vertikalen Ebene der vorderen Stirnseite (1 a) des Korpus (1) und der vertikalen Ebene der Frontblende (3) der Schublade (2) geeignet ist, und die Blendeneinstellvorrichtung unmittelbar oder mittelbar zwischen der Schublade (2) und der Schubladenschiene (10) über eine Hub- und Senkvorrichtung (15, 12; 23) mit Hub- und Senkelement (11) derart wirkt, dass eine Verschwenkung der Schublade (2) und damit der Blende (3) um eine Schwenkachse (24) ermöglicht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (24) zwischen der Frontblende (3) und dem Hub- und Senkelement (11) verläuft und der Abstand zwischen Schwenkachse (24) und der Frontblende (3) etwa gleich groß oder kleiner ist als der Abstand zwischen der Schwenkachse (24) und dem Hub- und Senkelement (11).
- Blendeneinstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (24) möglichst nahe an der Frontblende und/oder das Hub- und Senkelement (11) der Hub- und Senkvorrichtung (15, 12; 23) möglichst weit von der Schwenkachse (24) entfernt angeordnet ist.
- Blendeneinstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (24) auf der Schubladenschiene (10) liegt und das Hub- und Senkelement (11) der Hub- und Senkvorrichtung (15, 12; 23) im hinteren Bereich des Schubladendekors (6), insbesondere auf dessen Unterteil (6c).
- Blendeneinstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hub- und Senkvorrichtung (15, 12; 23) einen Schieber (15) beinhaltet, der das Hub- und Senkelement (11), ein Betätigungselement (14; 31) für das Hub- und Senkelement (11) und ein Verbindungselement (28; 35) enthält, wobei das Hub- und Senkelement (11) im hinteren Bereich der Schublade (2) angeordnet ist, welches mit dem im vorderen Bereich der Schublade (2) angeordneten Betätigungselement (14) über das Verbindungselement (28) verbunden ist oder welches mit dem im hinteren Bereich der Schublade (2) angeordneten Betätigungselement (31) über das Verbindungselement (35) verbunden ist.
- Blendeneinstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (14; 31) für das Hub- und Senkelement (11) an der Schublade (2) selbst oder dessen Dekorteil (6) angeordnet ist, und das Hubund Senkelement (11) an der Schubladenschiene (10), wobei der Schieber (15) die Schublade (2) oder dessen Dekorteil (6) auf seinem Weg in den hinteren Bereich der Schublade (2) durchdringt.
- Blendeneinstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflageflächen der Schublade (2) oder deren Dekorteil (6) und der Schubladenschiene (10) für den Schieber (15) etwa horizontal liegen und nach oben zeigen.
- Blendeneinstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (15) aus einem flachen Band- oder Drahtmaterial ausgebildet ist und aus Metall oder Kunststoff besteht.
- Blendeneinstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (15) mit seinem Hub- und Senkelement (11), seinem Verbindungselement (28) und seinem Betätigungselement (14) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
- Blendeneinstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (14) des Schiebers (15) eine Verzahnung (19) aufweist, in die ein Werkzeug (16) bei der Einstellung des Neigungswinkels (9) eingreift.
- Blendeneinstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verzahnung (19) in der Seitenfläche des Betätigungselements (14) vorgesehen ist.
- Blendeneinstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gesamte Schieber (15) oder nur Teile davon in Führungslappen (20) auf der Schubladenschiene (10) und/oder der Schublade (2) bzw. dessen Dekorprofil (6) geführt ist, welche Führungslappen (20) eine horizontale und ggf. auch eine vertikale Führung bilden, die eine Bewegung in der Längsachse der Schienen (4) aber immer noch ermöglichen, nicht jedoch quer dazu.
- Blendeneinstellvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Beibehaltung der eingestellten Relativstellung zwischen Schublade(2) bzw. deren Dekor (6) und der Schubladenschiene (10) die Blendeneinstellvorrichtung mit einer Rasteinrichtung ausgestattet ist.
- Blendeneinstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Rasteinrichtung in Form von selbst hemmenden Riffelungen (21) quer und/oder schräg zur Verschieberichtung der Schublade (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Blendeneinstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riffelungen (21) im Bereich des Betätigungselements (14) des Hub- und Senkelements (11) angeordnet sind.
- Blendeneinstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entsprechende Anschlagbegrenzungen auf der Schublade (2) und/oder dem Dekor (6) und/oder auf der Schubladenschiene (10) vorgesehen sind, damit der Schieber (15) beim Bewegen in Längsrichtung der Schienen (4) nicht aus seiner Funktionsstellung herausgezogen werden kann.
- Blendeneinstellvorrichtung für eine mit einer Frontblende (3) ausgestattete Schublade (2), die in einem Korpus (1) über ein Schienensystem (4) mit mindestens je einer Schubladenschiene (10), einer Korpusschiene (18) und optional einem Schubladen-Dekorprofil (6) zu beiden Seiten längsverschieblich geführt ist, wobei die Blendeneinstellvorrichtung zur Veränderung des eingeschlossenen Neigungswinkels (9) zwischen der vertikalen Ebene der vorderen Stirnseite (1a) des Korpus (1) und der vertikalen Ebene der Frontblende (3) der Schublade (2) geeignet ist, und die Blendeneinstellvorrichtung unmittelbar oder mittelbar zwischen der Schublade (2) und der Schubladenschiene (10) über eine Hub- und Senkvorrichtung (15, 12; 23) mit Schieber (15) mit Hub- und Senketement (11) derart wirkt, dass eine Verschwenkung der Schublade (2) und damit der Blende (3) um eine Schwenkachse (24) ermöglicht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (15) aus Flachmaterial ausgebildet ist, welcher sich vom vorderen bis in den hinteren Führungsschienenbereich erstreckt und vom vorderen Bereich bis über den Mittelbereich auf dem horizontalen Schenkel des Seitenwand-Unterteils (6c) verschiebbar gelagert ist, und im hinteren Bereich sich auf der Schubladenschiene (10) abstützt, wobei das Ende des Schiebers (15) zu dem keilförmigen Schiebstück (11) ausgeformt ist.
- Blendeneinstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (15) in seiner Längserstreckung ein Stück vor dem keilförmigen Schiebestück (11) abgekröpft ist und durch eine Ausnehmung (30) im horizontalen Schenkel des Seitenwand-Unterteils zur Auflage auf der Schubladenschiene (10) ragt.
