Claims (6)

  1. Wasserkühler für Fahrzeuge, umfassend:
    einen ersten Sammeltank (12) und einen zweiten Sammeltank (14) welche parallel zueinander angelegt sind und vertikal angelegt sind in der Position, in welcher der Wasserkühler (10) im Fahrzeug montiert ist,
    eine Vielzahl von Röhren (18), die parallel zueinander angelegt sind, an ihren Enden verbunden mit den Sammeltanks (12, 14), und
    einen Einlassverbinder (24) und einen Auslassverbinder (26) für Wärmetauscherflüssigkeit, jeweils verbunden mit dem ersten Sammeltank (12) und dem zweiten Sammeltank (14), in welchem der Einlassverbinder (24) am oberen Ende des ersten Verteilertanks (12) angelegt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Auslasskanal (28) für Wärmetauscherflüssigkeit aufweist, der sich parallel zum zweiten Sammeltank (14) erstreckt, in welchem der Auslasskanal (28) in Verbindung steht mit dem Sammeltank (14) mittels einer Öffnung (34), die am unteren Ende des zweiten Sammeltanks (14) angeordnet ist, und die den Auslassverbinder (26) an ihrer Oberseite trägt.
  2. Wasserkühler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auslasskanal (28) integral mit dem zweiten Sammeltank (14) erhalten wird.
  3. Wasserkühler nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Ausdehnungstank (30) umfasst, der integral mit dem zweiten Sammeltank (14) erhalten wird und mit dem Auslasskanal (28).
  4. Wasserkühler nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auslassverbinder (26) integral mit einer Seitenwand (38) des Auslasskanals (28) erhalten wird, die als separates Bauteil erhalten wird und entlang eines Umfangs (40) des Auslasskanals (28) befestigt wird.
  5. Wasserkühler nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein Verschlusselement (42) aufweist, das am oberen Ende des Auslasskanals (28) und des Ausdehnungskanals (30) angeschweißt ist.
  6. Wasserkühler nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Hilfskanal (48) aufweist, welcher eine Verbindung herstellt zwischen dem oberen Ende des zweiten Sammeltanks (14) und einem Bereich des Ausdehnungskanals (30), der sich unterhalb des normalen Flüssigkeitsniveaus der Flüssigkeit, die im Ausdehnungstank enthalten ist, befindet.
