Claims (12)
- Einrichtung zum Aufdrehen eines textilen, schlauchförmigen Warenstrangs, der aus einem Sammelbehälter entnommen und einer Weiterbehandlungsstation zugeführt wird, umfassend eine Vorrichtung zur Ermittlung der momentanen Verdrehposition des geförderten Warenstrangs und einen motorischen Antrieb zur Drehung des Sammelbehälters und der darin befindlichen Ware in Abhängigkeit vom Steuersignal der Verdrehpositions-Ermittlungsvorrichtung zum Zweck des Aufdrehens,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Verdrehpositions-Ermittlungsvorrichtung einen in vertikaler Richtung verschwenkbaren Drehteller aufweist, wobei die Ebene des Drehtellers im wesentlichen horizontal verläuft und der Drehteller eine Durchgangsöffnung für den Warenstrang besitzt,
am oder innerhalb des Drehtellers, mit diesem lösbar oder fest verbunden, eine Scheibe angeordnet ist, welche zur Mitte gerichtete, bewegliche elastische Abtastelemente, insbesondere Zungen aufweist, wobei der Warenstrang beim Passieren der Durchgangsöffnung umfangsseitig mit den Zungen in Kontakt gelangt,
am Drehteller ein Deckblech befestigt ist, welches einen radialen Fortsatz aufweist, an dessen Außenende ein Gewichtskörper fixiert ist,
weiterhin im seitlichen Schwenkbereich des Deckblech-Fortsatzes jeweils mindestens eine Sensoranordnung vorgesehen ist, um die durch die Verdrehung des Warenstrangs verursachte Bewegung des Drehtellers nebst Fortsatz zu erfassen und das Steuersignal bereitzustellen. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in Gebrauchslage der Drehteller vertikal nach unten verschwenkt positioniert ist, wobei im Einsatzfall der Gewichtskörper am Fortsatz des Drehtellers zu einer schwerkraftbedingten selbsttätigen Rückstellung in eine Null- oder Ausgangslage führt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zum vertikalen Verschwenken des Drehtellers eine Hebelkonstruktion mit Einstellschraube zum stufenlosen Verstellen vorgesehen ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Sensoren Näherungsschalter, optoelektronische Reflexsensoren oder Lichtschranken sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
unterhalb des Drehtellers, zum Sammelbehälter gerichtet, eine Strangzentrierung vorgesehen ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Drehteller kugellagergeführt ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Scheibe mit den nach innen weisenden Zungen aus einem elastischen Material besteht. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Scheibe auswechselbar ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch
einen geringen vertikalen Abstand zwischen der Verdrehpositions-Ermittlungsvorrichtung und dem drehbaren Sammelbehälter für die Ware zum Erhalt einer kleinen Bauhöhe der Gesamtanordnung. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Scheibe eine Perforation aufweist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Zungen der Scheibe die Form eines im wesentlichen gleichschenkligen Dreiecks aufweisen, wobei die Spitzen der Dreiecke zum Mittelpunkt der Scheibe hin gerichtet sind. - Verdrehpositions-Ermittlungsvorrichtung für eine Einrichtung zum Aufdrehen eines textilen, schlauchförmigen Warenstrangs,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
diese einen in vertikaler Richtung verschwenkbaren Drehteller aufweist, wobei die Ebene des Drehtellers im wesentlichen horizontal verläuft und der Drehteller eine Durchgangsöffnung für den Warenstrang besitzt,
am oder innerhalb des Drehtellers, mit diesem lösbar oder fest verbunden, eine Scheibe angeordnet ist, welche zur Mitte gerichtete, bewegliche elastische Abtastelemente aufweist, wobei der Warenstrang beim Passieren der Durchgangsöffnung umfangsseitig mit den Zungen in Kontakt gelangt, am Drehteller ein Deckblech befestigt ist, welches einen radialen Fortsatz aufweist, an dessen Außenende ein Gewichtskörper fixiert ist,
weiterhin im seitlichen Schwenkbereich des Deckblech-Fortsatzes jeweils mindestens eine Sensoranordnung vorgesehen ist, um die durch die Verdrehung des Warenstrangs verursachte Bewegung des Drehtellers nebst Fortsatz zu erfassen.
