Description
Claims (6)
- Schleifhandwerkzeugmaschine (10), insbesondere Schwingschleifer, mit einem einen Motor aufnehmenden Gehäuse (12) und mit einem Schleifblattträger (14) mit Klemmmitteln (20, 23; 200, 230; 334) zur Aufnahme eines Schleifblattes (16), dessen Schleifblattenden (17, 19) am Schleifblattträger (14, 114) festklemmbar sind, wobei die Klemmmittel (20, 23; 200, 230; 334; 1334) Hebel mit schleifblattträgerseitig gelagerter Schwenkachse (24; 224; 40; 440; 1440) und einenends das Schleifblatt (16) klemmenden Klemmbacken (22; 220; 1222; 336, 338) sind, vorzugsweise anderenends handbetätigbar, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Schleifblattenden (19) per Einhandbedienung - allein durch Einstecken zwischen erste Klemmmittel (20, 23; 200, 230) klemmbar und das andere Schleifblattende (17) ebenfalls per Einhandbedienung nach Einlegen in zweite Klemmmittel (34; 334; 1334) und deren Betätigung klemmbar ist, wobei durch nachfolgendes Bewegen der zweiten Klemmmittel (34; 334; 1334) das Schleifblatt (16) mitsamt dem geklemmten Schleifblattende (17), insbesondere Schwenken, weg vom ersten Klemmittel (20, 23; 200, 230) straff spannbar ist.
- Schleifhandwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß (Fig. 6) das zweite Klemmmittel (1334) aus einer Klemmbacke (1222) und einer Rastfläche (1223) besteht, die gemeinsam um eine Achse (1440) derart schwenkbar sind, daß ein daran geklemmtes Schleifblattende (17) vom entgegengesetzten Schleifblattende (19) wegbewegbar ist, so daß das Schleifblatt (16) an seine Zerreißgrenze straff spannbar ist.
- Schleifhandwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Klemmmittel als schwenkbare Zange (34; 334; 1334) ausgestaltet ist, deren Klemmbacke und Rastfläche durch einen Aktiv- (36; 334; 1336) und einen Passivbacken (38; 338; 1338) gebildet werden und die durch Bewegen des Aktivbackens (36; 336; 1336) schließbar ist, wobei der Passivbacken (38; 338; 1338) nach klemmendem Anschlag des Aktivbackens (36; 336; 1336) bei dessen weiterem Bewegen von diesem mitnehmbar ist.
- Schleifhandwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zange (34; 334; 1334) durch Zurückstellen des Aktivbackens (36; 336; 1336) in seine Ausgangsposition wieder zu öffnen ist, in der die Löseposition zum Wechseln des Schleifblatts (16) erreicht ist, wobei der Passivbacken (38; 338; 1338) vorher seine Endposition erreicht und wobei sich in der Endlage des Aktivbackens (36; 336; 1336) zwischen diesem und dem Passivbacken (38; 338; 1338) ein definierter Abstand einstellt.
- Schleifhandwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aktivbacken (36; 336; 1336) auf der anderen Seite der Schwenkachse (40; 440; 1440) eine Verlängerung aufweist, die als Spannhebel (35; 335; 1335) dient, der in einer als Spannposition definierten Lage der zweiten Klemmmittel (34; 334; 1334) gegenüber dem Gehäuse (12) lösbar verrastbar ist.
- Schleifhandwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schleifblatt (16) zwischen den Klemmbacken (22; 220; 1220) und den Schleifblattträger (14) einschiebbar ist, wobei der Klemmbacken (22; 220; 1220) nur durch Berühren mit dem Schleifblatt (16) öffenbar ist, das bei Bewegen entgegen der Einschieberichtung infolge dieser Bewegung selbsttätig arretierbar ist.
