Claims (23)

  1. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours (4) pour un entraînement de fermeture de bâtiment (2) pour désembrayer une fermeture de bâtiment à entraînement motorisé d'un mécanisme d'entraînement à moteur (6, 9) en cas de dysfonctionnement, comprenant:
    - un dispositif de blocage (24) pour bloquer le dispositif de déverrouillage de secours (4) contre toute forme d'actionnement,
    - un dispositif d'actionnement mécanique (14) pouvant être déplacé manuellement pour actionner le dispositif de déverrouillage d'urgence (4),
    - le dispositif d'actionnement (14) présentant une fixation (20) à l'aide de laquelle il peut être fixé sur place dans une zone facilement accessible par un opérateur et un organe d'actionnement manuel (22) mobile par rapport à la fixation (20) dont le déplacement conforme aux prescriptions permet d'actionner le dispositif de déverrouillage d'urgence (4),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de blocage (24) présente un relais de blocage (58) qui bloque, pour sécuriser le dispositif de déverrouillage d'urgence contre un actionnement indésirable, le déplacement conforme aux prescriptions ou l'accessibilité de l'organe d'actionnement manuel (22) et ne se débloque qu'à l'aide d'un embout d'outil, d'un embout de clé et/ou par sa propre destruction.
  2. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    il peut être actionné dans n'importe quelle position de la fermeture du bâtiment.
  3. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé par
    un dispositif de raccordement et un dispositif de transmission (16) qui relie le dispositif d'actionnement (14) à un dispositif d'accouplement (11) couplant de manière amovible la fermeture du bâtiment au mécanisme d'entraînement à moteur (6/9) et qui transmet au dispositif d'accouplement (11) un mouvement du dispositif d'actionnement (14) pour détacher le dispositif d'accouplement (11).
  4. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le relais de blocage est ou présente une attache de vis, notamment une vis, et encore plus particulièrement une vis à tête hexagonale (58).
  5. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    il est précontraint mécaniquement dans une position de fonctionnement normale dans laquelle la fermeture du bâtiment est couplée au mécanisme d'entraînement à moteur (9/6) et peut être actionnée par le dispositif d'actionnement (14) contre la force de précontrainte.
  6. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de transmission et de raccordement (16) présente une unité élastique (27) pour précontraindre le dispositif de déverrouillage de secours (4) en position de fonctionnement normale.
  7. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours selon la revendication 5 ou 6,
    caractérisé par
    un dispositif de retenue (38) permettant de fixer le dispositif d'actionnement (14) contre la précontrainte dans une position d'actionnement.
  8. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'actionnement (14) présente un accès (22) en tant qu'organe d'actionnement manuel qui est relié à un moyen de traction (32) du dispositif de transmission et de raccordement (16).
  9. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le relais de blocage est une vis (58) qui fixe l'organe d'actionnement manuel (22) sur la fixation (20) du dispositif d'actionnement (14).
  10. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'organe d'actionnement manuel (22) et/ou la fixation (20) est doté(e) d'un filetage ou d'une zone de serrage pour loger la vis (58) agissant en tant que relais de blocage.
  11. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours selon la revendication 3, ou selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 10 dans la mesure où elles se réfèrent à la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'accouplement (11) est placé dans un carter du moto-réducteur (8, 7) d'une porte sectionnelle (2), et en un engrenage autobloquant (9) de l'entraînement de la porte sectionnelle (2) est couplé à un arbre de sortie (10) de l'entraînement de la porte sectionnelle (2).
  12. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours selon la revendication 3, ou selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 11 dans la mesure où elles se réfèrent à la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de transmission et de raccordement (16) présente un câble Bowden (26) avec un mécanisme de traction (32) guidé dans un boîtier (34).
  13. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours selon la revendication 6 et la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'unité élastique (27) est prévue sur une extrémité du câble Bowden (26) et en ce que le mécanisme de traction (32) est précontraint par rapport au boîtier (34).
  14. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours selon la revendication 7, ou selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 13, dans la mesure où elles se réfèrent à la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la fixation (20) présente un élément de fixation (40) à fixer sur place et le dispositif de retenue (38) qui est fixé sur l'élément de fixation (40) dans un dispositif pouvant être réglé à sa guise.
  15. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours selon la revendication 7 ou 14 et selon la revendication 12 ou 13,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de retenue (38) présente un élément de maintien en U (41) avec deux branches (42, 43) et une barrette (44) intercalée, l'une des branches (42) ayant un premier dispositif de réception (46) pour le câble Bowden et l'autre branche (43) ayant un deuxième dispositif de réception (46) dans lequel peut être fixé l'organe d'actionnement manuel (22) amené en position d'actionnement.
  16. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours selon les revendications 14 et 15,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la barrette (44) de l'élément de maintien (41) et l'élément de fixation (40) s'engagent l'un dans l'autre en pouvant se déplacer l'un par rapport à l'autre et peuvent être fixés l'un à l'autre à l'aide d'une attache (54).
  17. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours selon la revendication 16 et la revendication 4 ou 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'attache (54) est un élément intermédiaire, notamment un manchon (56), présentant deux ouvertures filetées dont la première loge une vis de fixation (55) fixant l'élément de maintien (41) et l'élément de fixation (40) l'un par rapport à l'autre et en ce que la deuxième loge la vis (58) agissant comme un organe de blocage du dispositif de blocage (24) pour fixer l'organe d'actionnement manuel (22) à l'élément intermédiaire (56).
  18. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la fixation (20) convient au choix pour un montage à gauche dans lequel elle est accessible depuis le côté gauche, ou pour un montage à droite dans lequel elle est accessible depuis le côté droit, sur un bord vertical de l'ouverture du terrain ou du bâtiment ou sur un coin de mur.
  19. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de fixation (41) de la fixation (20) est formé de manière symétrique par rapport à une ligne médiane à la transversale d'une projection longitudinale.
  20. Dispositif de déverrouillage de secours selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de fixation (40) de la fixation (20) est un raccord angulaire (48) avec trois parois (49-51) essentiellement à angle droit l'une par rapport à l'autre, une ouverture (53) est formée sur deux des trois arêtes de transition entre les parois (49-51) pour traverser au choix l'élément de maintien (41), deux ouvertures (52) servant au choix à une fixation de la paroi ou à une fixation d'un organe de blocage (58) du dispositif de blocage (24) sont formées sur deux (49, 50) des parois (49-51) et au moins une ouverture (80) est prévue sur la troisième paroi (51) pour fixer le dispositif de raccordement et de transmission (16).
  21. Entraînement de fermeture de bâtiment (2) pour entraîner une fermeture de bâtiment ou de terrain,
    caractérisé par
    un dispositif de déverrouillage de secours (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
  22. Entraînement de fermeture de bâtiment selon la revendication 21,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    il est formé en tant qu'entraînement de porte sectionnelle (2) pour le raccordement à une porte sectionnelle reliée à un vantail de porte, et il présente un moteur (6), un engrenage (9) autobloquant y étant raccordé en tant que mécanisme d'entraînement à moteur, un arbre de sortie (10) et un dispositif d'accouplement (11) amovible à l'aide d'un levier d'accouplement (12) et branché entre l'arbre de sortie (10) et l'engrenage (9).
  23. Porte basculante dotée d'un vantail de porte mobile au-dessus de la tête et à entraînement moteur par un entraînement de porte (2),
    caractérisée par
    un dispositif de déverrouillage de secours (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, et/ou par un entraînement de fermeture de bâtiment conçu sous forme d'entraînement de porte (2) suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
