Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Ablösen einer Papierbahn von einem Sieb, wobei die Faserstoffsuspension durch einen Stoffauflauf zwischen ein Sieb und einen Filz eingebracht wird, Sieb und Filz gemeinsam über eine Formierwalze geführt und nach der Bahnbildung voneinander getrennt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennstelle (10) von Sieb (4) und Filz (5) im Abstand von der Formierwalze (3) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennstelle (10) als Saugwalze (15) mit Vakuumkammer (16) ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennstelle (10) als Saugschuh (11) ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Saugschuh (11) einen, vorteilhaft mehrere, insbesondere zwei Saugschlitze (14) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Trennstelle (10) von Sieb (4) und Filz (5) zumindest eine, insbesondere verfahrbare, Bahnschneideinrichtung (12), insbesondere Randspritzdüse(n) oder Gautschknechtdüse(n), vorgesehen ist (sind).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Formierwalze (3) und der Trennstelle (10) von Sieb (4) und Filz (5) an der Bahn zumindest eine, insbesondere verfahrbare, Bahnschneideinrichtung (12), insbesondere Randspritzdüse(n) oder Gautschknechtdüse(n), vorgesehen ist (sind).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Einrichtung zur Abtrennung des Aufführstreifens vorgesehen ist, die eine oder mehrere Spritzdüsen aufweist.
