- die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung aus Fig. 1 in Draufsicht;

Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Sammeln und Bearbeiten von gefalteten Druckprodukten (12) umfassenddadurch gekennzeichnet dassa) eine Sammeltrommel (14), die um ihre Trommelachse (22) rotierend antreibbar ist und gleichmässig über den Umfang verteilte, sich in ihrer Längserstreckung (L1) parallel zur Trommelachse (22) erstreckende erste Auflagen (18) mit ersten Satteln (20) aufweist sowie Förderelemente zum Fördern der Druckprodukte (12) auf den ersten Satteln (20) in Achsrichtung (S) entlang der ersten Auflagen (18),b) und umfassend eine Fördereinrichtung (30), die eine Förderstrecke (31 ) mit einer zumindest in einem Übergabebereich (50) von der Achsrichtung (S) abweichenden Förderrichtung (F) sowie in der Förderstrecke (31 ) bewegbare zweite Auflagen (32) mit zweiten, beabstandet voneinander und quer zur Förderrichtung (F) angeordneten Satteln (34) aufweist,c) wobei die Fördereinrichtung (30) in dem Übergabebereich (50) derart benachbart zu einem Sammeltrommelende (24) der Sammeltrommel (14) angeordnet ist, dass die Druckprodukte (12) vom Sammeltrommelende (24) auf die Fördereinrichtung (30) oder umgekehrt übergeben werden können,d) für die in der Förderstrecke (31) bewegbaren zweiten Auflagen (32) eine von der Sammeltrommel (14) losgelöste Fördereinheit (35) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Sattel (34) zumindest im Übergabereich (50) parallel zueinander, in einem vorbestimmten, gleichen Abstand in der Förderstrecke (31 ) bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Übergabebereich (50) der vorbestimmte, gleiche Abstand (a) der Sattel (34) in der Förderstrecke (31 ) dem Abstand (a1) zwischen den ersten Satteln (20) in Umfangsrichtung der Sammeltrommel (14) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit der Sammeltrommel und die mittels der Fördereinheit (35) in die Fördereinrichtung eingebrachte Fördergeschwindigkeit aufeinander derart abstimmbar sind, dass immer je ein erster Sattel (20) und ein zweiter Sattel (34) mit ihren einander zugewandten Seiten den Übergabebereich (50) im Wesentlichen zeitgleich erreichen und auch im wesentlichen gleichschnell durchlaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche I bis 4, dass die Fördereinrichtung (30) im Übergabebereich (50) eine Auslenkeinrichtung (45) oder eine Umlenkeinrichtung (44, 44') aufweist, auf der die zweiten Auflagen (32) derart bewegbar sind, dass zumindest die einander zugewandten Seiten der ersten Sattel (20) und der zweiten Sattel (34) Kreisbogenabschnitte auf einander benachbarten Ebenen durchlaufen, wobei die Kreisbogenabschnitte vorzugsweise konzentrisch sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche I bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsrichtung (S) und die Förderrichtung (F) zumindest im Bereich des Sammeltrommlendes (24) im Wesentlichen senkrecht aufeinander stehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche I bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Auflagen (32) aufschienen (28, 28') abgestützt bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Auflagen (32) auf ihrer den zweiten Satteln gegenüberliegenden Seite auf wenigstens einer Schiene (28) abgestützt und/oder in ihrer sattelnahen Hälfte wenigstens auf einer die Längsausdehnung der zweiten Auflagen (32) begrenzende Seite auf einer Schiene (28') abgestützt bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fördereinrichtung (30) Arbeitsstationen, wie Einsteckstationen, Heftstationen, insbesondere Drahtrückstichheftstationen, Klebestationen, weitere Sammelstationen und so weiter zuordenbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche I bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Sattel (34) der zweiten Auflagen (32) in der gesamten Förderstrecke (31) parallel mit einem vorbestimmten, gleichen Abstand (a) zueinander bewegbar sind, wofür in der Fördereinrichtung (30) vorzugsweise Fördermittel vorgesehen sind, die mit den zweiten Auflagen (32) in deren sattel nahen Hälfte zusammenwirken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitsstationen in vertausch barer Reihenfolge der Fördereinrichtung (30) zuordenbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den zweiten Auflagen (32) vorzugsweise integriert Umbiegeeinrichtungen (57) angeordnet sind und der Fördereinrichtung (30) als Arbeitsstation wenigstens ein Heftapparat (52) zuordenbar ist, der vorzugsweise an einer parallel zur Förderstrecke (31 ) geführten Schiene (56) bewegbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche I bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördereinrichtung als Umlauffördereinrichtung (30') mit einem oberen und einem unteren Trum oder in Form einer Fördervorrichtung (30") mit einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Förderstrecke (31 ) ausgestaltet ist.
