Claims (17)
- Transportable Raumzelle (10, 10a) zum Schutz einer Senderanlage oder anderer elektrotechnischer Geräte (90) mit von einer Bodenplatte (12) aufragenden Wandelementen (14, 16, 18) und einem auf diese aufgelegten Dach (40) sowie Entlüftungsdurchbrüchen (36) in zumindest einer Zellenwandung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wände (14, 16, 18) jeweils aus einem Rahmen oder Gerüst (32, 32a, 33, 33a) sowie einer mit diesem verbundenen Wandschale (34) bestehen und miteinander sowie mit der Bodenplatte (12) kraftschlüssig verbindbar ausgestaltet sind. - Raumzelle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Wände (14, 16, 18) und Bodenplatte (12) jeweils eine auf einer einzigen Schalung herstellbare Kassettenplatte sind.
- Raumzelle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen bzw. das Gerüst der Wand (14, 16, 18) ein bodenwärtiges Längsprofil (32), ein in Abstand (h2) zur Wandoberkante (20) verlaufendes Firstprofil (32a) und diese verbindende Vertikalprofile (33, 33a) aufweist, wobei deren Dicke (e) höchstens 100 mm misst.
- Raumzelle nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jeder Seitenkante der Wand (14, 16, 18) ein vom bodenwärtigen Längsprofil (32) zur Wandoberkante (20) verlaufendes Vertikalprofil (33) angeformt ist.
- Raumzelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die monolithisch mit dem Rahmen oder Gerüst (32, 32a, 33, 33a) verbundene Wandschale (34) höchstens von einer Dicke (e1) von 30 mm ist.
- Raumzelle nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandschale (34) als dünnwandige Ausfachung der Wände (14, 16, 18) zwischen dem Rahmen oder Gerüst (32, 32a, 33, 33a) ein Flächenmaß von höchstens 250 cm Höhe sowie 100 cm Breite aufweist.
- Raumzelle nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Firstprofil (32a) als ringsumlaufende rahmenartige Verstärkung ausgebildet ist und zwischen diesem sowie der Wandoberkante (20) in der dünnwandigen Ausfachung (34) Kabeleinführungen, Lüftungselemente od.dgl. einsetzbar sind, wobei gegebenenfalls eine Rundumbelüftung zwischen Firstprofil (32a) und Wandoberkante (20) vorgesehen ist.
- Raumzelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandschale (34) als Ausfachung der Wand (14, 16, 18) an deren Außenseite oder als Ausfachung der Wand (14, 16, 18) an deren Innenseite angeordnet ist.
- Raumzelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenplatte (12) einen Rahmen aus randwärtigen Bodenstegen (72) und diese verbindenden Längsstegen (74) aufweist, welche einstückig an einen inneren Plattenabschnitt (13) geringer Dicke angeformt sind.
- Raumzelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand (14, 16, 18) mit dem bodenwärtigen Teil (32) ihres Rahmens oder Gerüsts (32, 32a, 33) in einen stufenartigen Randausschnitt (70) der Bodenplatte (12) bzw. von deren randwärtigen Bodenstegen gen (72, 74) mit der Bodenplatte kraftschlüssig verbunden ist, wobei gegebenenfalls die vertikale Anschlagfläche (71) des Randausschnitts (70) der Bodenplatte (12) sowie deren benachbarte Außenfläche (79) mit Hülsen (78) für Schrauben (58, 58a) versehen sind.
- Raumzelle nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand (14, 16, 18) im Bereich ihres bodenwärtigen Längsprofils (32) von Schrauben (58a) durchsetzbar ausgebildet ist und diese in die Bodenplatte (12) eingreifbar angeordnet sind, wobei gegebenenfalls ein Bodenwinkel (80) vorgesehen ist, dessen Schenkel der Außenfläche (79) der Bodenplatte (12) bzw. deren Bodenstirnfläche (73) anliegen.
- Raumzelle nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülsen (78) und/oder der Bodenwinkel (80) zur Aufnahme eines Transportgeschirrs (82) ausgebildet sind/ist.
- Raumzelle nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die oberen Gebäudeecken innerhalb des Rahmens bzw. des Gerüsts (32, 32a, 33) Transportanker eingefügt sind.
- Raumzelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Dach (40) ein Flach- oder Satteldach in Leichtbauweise auf die Wandoberkanten (20) aufgelegt ist sowie die Konstruktion des Daches die obere Fixierung der Wände (14, 16, 18) bildet, wobei auf die Dachkonstruktion einwirkende Kräfte über die Gesamtkonstruktion in ein Fundament einleitbar sind, wobei gegebenenfalls eine Dachkonstruktion (40) mit Profilen (44) und Blechen (52, 53, 54) aus einer Aluminiumlegierung vorgesehen ist.
- Raumzelle nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dachkonstruktion (40) innenseitig mit wenigstens einer wärmedämmenden Schicht (38) versehen ist und/oder, dass die Dachkonstruktion (40) durch Ständerprofile (55) an Firstprofile (32a) der Wände (14, 16, 18) angeschlossen ist.
- Raumzelle nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit den Ständerprofilen (55) ein aufliegender Dachrahmen (44) aus Metallprofilen (46, 46a, 48, 48a) verbunden ist, wobei gegebenenfalls zwischen den Ständerprofilen (55) und dem Dachrahmen (44) ein zum Dachrand(53, 54) abragendes Lochgitter (62) angeordnet ist, das insbesondere ringsum der Wandoberkante (20) aufliegt.
- Raumzelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenplatte (12) mit einer Stahlkonstruktion (94) als Sockelelement verbunden ist.
