Die Lagerung des Ringes 40 auf der Wange 36 ist im Einzelnen nicht dargestellt. Der Ring 40 hat einen radialen kreisbogenförmigen Ansatz 42 mit Löchern, in denen die Enden von vier Zugfedern 44 verbunden sind. Die Zugfedern sind am anderen Ende mit einem Joch 46 verbunden. Das Joch 46 weist ein mittiges Loch 48 auf zur schwenkbaren Lagerung innerhalb des nicht im Einzelnen dargestellten Federgehäuses. In der dargestellten Position üben die Federn eine Zugkraft auf die Wange 36 aus. Die Anordnung ist derart, dass ein Moment in Umfangsrichtung erzeugt wird, welches versucht, die Kurbelwelle 30 zu verdrehen. In Fig. 3 ist zu erkennen, dass die Wange 38 an der Stirnseite eine Ausnehmung 50 aufweist. Die Ausnehmung 50 dient zur Aufnahme eines Sperrnockenelements, das in Verbindung mit Fig. 5 noch beschrieben wird. Grundsätzlich hat das Sperrnockenelement die Aufgabe, mit einem Sperrmechanismus zusammenzuwirken, um die gezeigte Anordnung und damit die Rollen 16 in einer Ausgangsposition zu halten, die in Fig. 2 angedeutet ist. Hierzu wird das Nockenelement von dem nicht gezeigten Sperrmechanismus gehalten. Ein solcher Sperrmechanismus ist etwa in der DE 197 01 049 C1 beschrieben und dargestellt. Wird der Sperrmechanismus gelöst, können die Federn 44 eine Verschwenkung der Nockenwelle 30 vornehmen, wodurch auch die Rollen 16 über einen bestimmten Drehwinkel gedreht werden in Reibungseingriff mit dem nicht gezeigten Werkstück. Anschließend nimmt das Werkstück die Rollen 16 mit und damit auch die Nockenwelle 30, sodass nach einer Umdrehung der Nockenwelle 30 der Sperrmechanismus wieder greift und die Federn 44 erneut gespannt sind. Wie schon mehrfach erwähnt, ist ein Federantrieb zur Anfangsdrehung der Rollen eines Rollkopfs grundsätzlich bekannt.
Claims (11)
- Radialrollkopf mit einem Halter, in dem drei in Winkelabständen um eine Rollachse verteilt angeordnete Rollen drehbar gelagert sind, einem die Rollen miteinander koppelnden Zahnradgetriebe, das ein zentrales, um die Rollachse drehbar gelagertes Zahnrad aufweist, einem Sperrnocken, der drehfest mit dem zentralen Zahnrad gekoppelt ist, einem Sperrmechanismus für den Sperrnocken, der den Sperrnocken in einer vorgegebenen Drehstellung verriegelt, eine in einem Federgehäuse angeordnete Federanordnung, die den Sperrnocken in der vorgegebenen Drehstellung in eine Drehrichtung vorspannt, einem Auslösemechanismus für den Sperrmechanismus derart, dass bei Betätigung des Auslösemechanismus die vorgespannte Federanordnung das zentrale Zahnrad und damit die Rollen um einen vorgegebenen Drehwinkel verdreht und die Federanordnung beim Weiterdrehen der Rollen durch Mitnahme vom Werkstück wieder gespannt wird, und der Sperrmechanismus den Sperrnocken nach einer vollen Umdrehung der Rollen automatisch erneut verriegelt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein axialer Durchgang (28, 32, 72) durch das zentrale Zahnrad, den Sperrnocken (30) und mindestens einem Teil des Federgehäuses gebildet ist.
- Radialrollkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrnocken als hohle Kurbelwelle (30) ausgebildet ist, deren eines Ende (34) drehfest mit dem zentralen Zahnrad gekoppelt ist und deren anderes Ende (32) im Federgehäuse drehbar gelagert ist und mindestens eine Zugfeder (44) an einem zwischen den Enden der Kurbelwelle (30) liegenden Kurbelarm (36, 38) angreift.
- Radialrollkopf nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Angreifpunkt der Zugfeder (44, 56) am Kurbelarm von einem drehbar gelagerten Ring (40, 52) gebildet ist.
- Radialrollkopf nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Kurbelarm mehrere parallele Zugfedern (44, 56) angreifen, die am anderen Ende mit einem Joch (46, 58) verbunden sind, das schwenkbar im Federgehäuse gelagert ist.
- Radialrollkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kurbelarm von einer Scheibe (36, 38) mit exzentrischer Durchbohrung gebildet ist, die konzentrisch zum Durchgang (72) ist.
- Radialrollkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hohle Kurbelwelle (30) zwei Kurbelarme aufweist, die um einen Winkel von etwa 180° versetzt angeordnet sind und an jedem der Arme eine Zugfederanordnung angreift.
- Radialrollkopf nach Anspruch 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auch der zweite Kurbelarm von einer Scheibe gebildet ist mit exzentrischer Durchbohrung.
- Radialrollkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurbelwelle (30) einteilig geformt ist.
- Radialrollkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Sperrnockenelement (66) an einem Sperrnockenkörper mittels Schraubbefestigung (68) angebracht ist.
- Radialrollkopf nach Anspruch 4 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrnockenkörper von einer Scheibe (38) gebildet ist.
- Radialrollkopf nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (38) eine exzentrische Ausnehmung aufweist, in der ein Abschnitt des Sperrnockenelements (66) annähernd passend' aufgenommen ist.
