  • the butyl rubber is attached around the outside circumferential surface of the drum 30 along the groove 32, to do which an adhesive is coated on one side of the butyl rubber 40.

  • the drum device in a home appliance of the present invention has vibration reductive sound insulating member fitted to an outside surface of a drum for insulating vibratory sound caused by collision of fittings, such as buttons, and the like, with an inside surface of the drum as the laundry is dropped when the drum is rotated, thereby improving silence of a drum type washing machine, or a home appliance, to enhance a product reliability of consumer by one stage higher.

Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif à tambour pour un appareil électroménager comprenant : un tambour cylindrique (30; 130) fixé à rotation à une extrémité avant et une extrémité arrière pour former une chambre (31; 131) pour exécuter le travail, caractérisé en ce que ledit tambour comprend en outre un élément d'isolation sonore réduisant les vibrations (40; 140) fixé au tambour (30; 130) pour isoler les sons de vibrations provoqués par la collision d'objets circulant à l'intérieur de ladite chambre (31; 131) pendant que le tambour tourne.
  2. Dispositif à tambour selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément d'isolation sonore réduisant les vibrations (40; 140) est fixé autour d'une surface circonférentielle extérieure (32) du tambour.
  3. Dispositif à tambour selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la surface circonférentielle extérieure du tambour (30; 130) possède des cavités (32) pour fixer l'élément d'isolation sonore réduisant les vibrations (40; 140) à l'intérieur.
  4. Dispositif à tambour selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une pluralité d'éléments d'isolation sonore réduisant les vibrations (140) sont fixés sur la surface extérieure du tambour (130) dans une direction longitudinale du tambour cylindrique (130).
  5. Dispositif à tambour selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la surface circonférentielle extérieure du tambour possède une pluralité de cavités (232) pour fixer les éléments d'isolation sonore réduisant les vibrations (140) dans une direction longitudinale du tambour cylindrique (130).
  6. Dispositif à tambour selon une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel l'élément d'isolation sonore réduisant les vibrations (40; 140) est constitué d'une matière élastique.
  7. Dispositif à tambour selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'élément d'isolation sonore réduisant les vibrations (40; 140) a une forme de feuille.
  8. Dispositif à tambour selon la revendication 4, dans lequel l'élément d'isolation sonore réduisant les vibrations (40; 140) est constitué de caoutchouc butyle.
  9. Dispositif à tambour selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément d'isolation sonore réduisant les vibrations (40; 140) est une couche composite faite d'une couche de caoutchouc butyle et d'une couche de polyester.
