Claims (9)

  1. Abdichtungsvorrichtung für einen Behälter, versehen mit einem Hals, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Deckel aus Kunststoff umfasst, der gelenkig auf einer Manschette angebracht ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, den Hals zu umgeben, wobei der Deckel (11) in seinem Gelenkbereich (14) auf der Manschette (12) mindestens einen Abschnitt (117) trägt, der an einen Ansatz (122) anlegbar ist, der in der Nähe der Oberkante der Manschette vorgesehen ist, in einer Sperrkonfiguration des Deckels, wobei die Geometrie und die Positionierung des Abschnitts (117) und des Ansatzes (122) so sind, dass, in der Konfiguration, der Deckel in einer vollständig geöffneten Position der Vorrichtung blockiert ist, bei der der Öffnungswinkel (α) des Deckels (11) größer oder gleich 180° ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ansatz durch eine Lasche (122) einstückig mit der Manschette (12) gebildet ist, die sich vom oberen Rand (123) der Manschette nach oben erstreckt und der angelegt werden kann, unter Einwirkung einer Kraft (F5), die durch den Abschnitt (117) des Deckels (11), gegen die äußere radiale Oberfläche (22) des Halses (2) ausgeübt wird, und auf den Abschnitt eine Reaktionskraft (F6), die von dem Hals erzeugt wird, übertragen kann.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt (117; 617; 811) zwischen zwei Federlamellen (15, 15'; 515, 515'; 815, 815') angeordnet ist, die ein Scharnier bilden und den Deckel (11; 511; 811) und die Manschette (12; 512; 812) verbinden.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel zwei Stützabschnitte (1117, 1117') gegen einen Ansatz (1002) trägt, wobei die Abschnitte auf beiden Seiten einer Federlamelle (1015) angebracht sind, die ein Scharnier bildet und den Deckel (1011) und die Manschette (1012) verbindet.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Lamellen (15, 15', 515, 515'; 1015) eine Federkraft (F5) ausgeübt wird.
  5. Abdichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (11; 511; 1011) eine Außenseite aufweist, die auf dem größten Teil ihrer Oberfläche konvex ist und dadurch, dass die Außenseite (111; 611; 1111) mit einer konkaven Vertiefung (113; 613; 1013) versehen ist, die im Wesentlichen dem Gelenkbereich (14; 514; 1014) des Deckels (11; 511; 1011) gegenüberliegend auf der Manschette (12; 512; 1012) angeordnet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zustand der Oberfläche der Vertiefung (113; 613; 1013) vom Zustand der Oberfläche des konvexen Teils (112; 612; 1112) der Außenseite (111; 611; 1111) verschieden ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (113; 613; 1113) eine rauere Oberfläche aufweist als der konvexe Teil (112; 612; 1112).
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (113) an die Oberseite (116) einer Nase (115) angeschlossen ist, die radial aus dem Deckel (11) hervorragt.
  9. Behälter, versehen mit einem Hals, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mit einer Abdichtungsvorrichtung (1; 501; 1001) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgestattet ist.
