Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Verschließen von einen Hals aufweisenden Behältern mit einem auf einer zum Umschließen des Halses bestimmten Hülle angelenkten Kunststoff-Verschluss, wobei der Verschluss (11; 511; 1011) in seinem Gelenkbereich (14; 514; 1014) auf der Hülle (12; 612; 1012) mindestens einen Abschnitt (117; 617: 1117. 1117') aufweist, der an einem in der Nähe des oberen Randes der Hülle vorgesehenen Wulst (122; 512: 1002) in einer Blockierlage des Verschlusses zum Anliegen kommt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt (117; 617; 1117, 1117') und der Wulst (122; 522; 1002) so ausgebildet und angeordnet sind, dass der Verschluss in dieser Lage in einer vollständig geöffneten Stellung der Vorrichtung, in der der Öffnungswinkel (α: α'; α'') des Verschlusses größer als oder gleich 180° ist, blockiert ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt (117; 617; 1117) zwischen zwei ein Scharnier bildenden und den Verschluss (11: 511: 811) und die Hülle (12; 512; 812) miteinander verbindenden elastischen Lamellen (15, 15'; 515, 515' ; 815, 815') angeordnet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss zwei an einem Wulst (1002) anliegende Abschnitte (1117, 1117') aufweist, wobei die Abschnitte beiderseits einer ein Scharnier bildenden und den Verschluss (1011) und die Hülle (1012) miteinander verbindenden elastischen Lamelle (1015) verteilt sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von den Lamellen (15, 15'; 515, 515'; 1015) eine elastische Kraft (F5) ausgeübt wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wulst durch einen Teil des oberen Randes (522) des Halses (502; 1002) gebildet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wulst durch eine mit der Hülle (12) einteilig ausgebildete Zunge (122) gebildet ist und sich vom oberen Rand (123) der Hülle aus nach oben erstreckt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zunge (122) unter der Einwirkung einer von dem Abschnitt (117) des Verschlusses (11) ausgeübten Kraft (F5) an der radialen Außenfläche des Halses (2) zum Anliegen kommt und eine vom Hals erzeugte Reaktionskraft (F6) an den Abschnitt übertragen kann.
  8. Verschließvorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss (11; 511; 1011) auf seiner Oberfläche größtenteils eine konvexe Außenfläche aufweist und dass die Außenfläche (111; 613; 1111) eine im Wesentlichen gegenüber des Gelenkbereichs (14; 514; 1014) des Verschlusses (11; 511; 1011) auf der Hülle (12; 512; 1012) vorgesehene konkave Vertiefung (113; 613; 1013) aufweist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Oberflächenbeschaffenheit der Vertiefung (113; 613; 1013) von derjenigen des konvexen Teils (112; 612; 1112) der Außenfläche (111: 611, 1111) unterscheidet.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (113; 613; 1113) eine rauere Oberfläche aufweist als der konvexe Teil (112; 612, 1112).
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (113) an die Oberseite (116) einer radial von dem Verschluss (11) hervorspringenden Nase (115) angeschlossen wird.
  12. Behälter mit einem Hals, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mit einer Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche versehen ist.
