Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum automatischen Herausziehen eines Strohhalms (2), der im Inneren (INT) eines mit Öffnungsmitteln (MO) versehenen Behälters (3) in Art einer zylindrischen Dose angeordnet ist, wobei die Vorrichtung von der Art ist, die folgendes umfaßt:ein Strohhalm-Stützorgan (4), das zwischen einer freien Stellung (A), in der das Ende (2a) des Strohhalms (2), den es stützt, in die Öffnung (5) der Öffnungsmittel (MO) des Behälters (3) hineinragt, und einer verriegelten Stellung (B), in der dieses Ende im Inneren (INT) des Behälters (3) angeordnet ist, bewegbar ist, wobei das Strohhalm-Stützorgan (4) aus einem Arm (4) besteht, der an seinem Ende (4a) mit Mitteln zum Halten des Strohhalms (2) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stütze für den Strohhalm (2) auf einem Zwischenstück (9) verschwenkbar ist, während das Zwischenstück (9) einen Umlaufrand (19) umfaßt, der zwischen der oberen Wand (16) der Dose (3) und deren Umfangswand (21) angeordnet ist, um dort durch Bördeln festgeklemmt zu werden.
- Vorrichtung (1) zum automatischen Herausziehen eines Strohhalms (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Betätigungsmittel (MS) für das Strohhalm-Stützorgan (4) umfaßt, die dieses aus seiner verriegelten Stellung (B) zu seiner freien Stellung (A) hin betätigen sollen.
- Vorrichtung (1) zum automatischen Herausziehen eines Strohhalms (2) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Verriegelungsmittel (MV) umfaßt, die das Strohhalm-Stützorgan (4) in seiner verriegelten Stellung (B) blockieren sollen.
- Vorrichtung (1) zum automatischen Herausziehen eines Strohhalms (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Entriegelungsmittel (MDV) umfaßt, die das Stützorgan (4) aus seiner verriegelten Stellung (B) freigeben sollen.
- Vorrichtung (1) zum automatischen Herausziehen eines Strohhalms (2) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entriegelungsmittel (MDV) aus einem sekundären Entriegelungsarm (8) bestehen.
- Vorrichtung (1) zum automatischen Herausziehen eines Strohhalms (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück (9) und der Stützarm (4) einstückig ausgeführt sind und ein und dasselbe Kunststoffteil bilden, das eine bestimmte Elastizität besitzt.
- Vorrichtung (1) zum automatischen Herausziehen eines Strohhalms (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück (9) die Form eines Kreisrings aufweist.
