Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung zum automatischen Herausziehen eines Strohhalms, die zur Durchführung des Verfahrens bestimmt ist, bei dem eine Vorrichtung der Art mit einem Strohhalm-Stützorgan (7), das durch einen Haltearm (8) gebildet ist, der elastisch verformbar und dazu bestimmt ist, durch elastische Verformung aufgrund der Wirkung des Deckels bei dessen Aufbringung vorgespannt zu werden, in einer Dose (3) angeordnet wird, die durch einen Deckel (14) verschlossen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (14) Öffnungsmittel (4) umfaßt, die dazu bestimmt sind, eine zuvor ausgeschnittene Zunge (5) ins Innere der Dose zu verschieben, und daß die Vorrichtung ein Halterohr (10) für den Strohhalm umfaßt, während der elastisch verformbare Haltearm (8) dergestalt ausgebildet ist, daß eines der Enden mit einem Umfangsring oder einer Ringwulst (9) verbunden ist, der/die beim Bördeln der Dose zwischen dem Deckel (14) und insbesondere seiner Bördelvertiefung (31) sowie dem oberen umlaufenden Rand der Öffnung der Dose eingespannt wird, während das freie Ende des Arms (8) den Abschnitt des Halterohrs (10) für den Strohhalm umfaßt, und daß die Verformung des Haltearms durch direkte Einwirkung des Deckels (14) auf den Strohhalm erfolgt, wobei der Haltearm (8) einen Betätigungsarm (18) umfaßt, der dazu bestimmt ist, beim Öffnen der Dose durch die zuvor ausgeschnittene Zunge (5) aktiviert und verschoben zu werden.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Herausziehen eines Strohhalms nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet das sie vorteilhafterweise einstückig aus Kunststoff spritzgegossen ist, wobei die Ringwulst (9) eine Abfolge von verformbaren Lippen (15) umfaßt, die beim Bördeln der Dose zwischen dem Deckel (14) und insbesondere seiner Bördelvertiefung (31) sowie dem oberen umlaufenden Rand der Öffnung der Dose umlaufend eingeklemmt werden.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Herausziehen eines Strohhalms nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastische Verbindung des Haltearms (8) mit der Ringwulst (9) durch die Abfolge zweier elastisch verformbarer Zonen hergestellt wird: einer ersten Verformungszone (16), die es gestattet, daß der Haltearm (8) sich in einer horizontalen Schwenkbewegung um eine vertikale Schwenkachse (XX') bewegt, und einer zweiten Verformungszone (17), die sich von der ersten Verformungszone (16) unterscheidet und es gestattet, daß sich der Arm (8) in einer vertikalen Schwenkbewegung um eine horizontale Schwenkachse (YY') bewegt.
  4. Verfahren zum Anordnen der Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche in einer Dose, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man dabei den Arm (8) durch direkte oder indirekte Einwirkung des Deckels beim Verbinden des Deckels (14) mit der Vorrichtung (1) vorspannt.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die folgenden vorausgehenden Stufen umfaßt:
    a- Befestigen des Strohhalms am Haltearm, um eine vorübergehende Untereinheit (30) zu bilden, nämlich die Untereinheit aus Strohhalm (2)-Ausziehvorrichtung (1);
    b- Verbinden der vorübergehenden Untereinheit (30) mit dem Deckel, um eine Verschluß-Untereinheit (31) zu bilden.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die folgenden zusätzlichen Stufen umfaßt:
    c- Befüllen des Behälters (3) mit dem gewünschten Getränk;
    d- Anbringen der Untereinheit zum Verschließen in dem Behälter;
    e- Bördeln des Deckels (34) auf dem Behälter (3).
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es darin besteht, den Haltearm (8) durch die Wirkung des Deckels auf den Strohhalm (2), der von dem Arm gehalten wird, vorzuspannen.
