Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour immobiliser des résidus solides, liquides et/ou pâteux résultant d'une combustion et d'une épuration des effluents gazeux de la combustion, notamment dans des installations de traitement thermique des déchets. Ce procédé comporte les opérations suivantes: a) saisie séparée des résidus de différents niveaux de processus; b) traitement chimique par voie humide des résidus qui ne peuvent pas être évacués directement ou servir directement à la fabrication d'un produit de décharge, une valeur pH de base étant réglée dans un réacteur fermé; c) assèchement mécanique du produit de réaction provenant du traitement chimique par voie humide; d) remise en circulation du filtrat obtenu au point c) dans le traitement chimique par voie humide selon le point b) et apport d'eaux usées ou de boues fluides complétant la quantité de filtrat remis en circulation, en fonction du bilan hydrique; e) réalisation d'un produit de décharge selon une formulation donnée, avec apport de résidus de combustion pouvant être évacués directement ou servir à la fabrication d'un produit de décharge et/ou de résidus et de déchets provenant d'installations de production et de traitement externes; f) pose et stockage du produit de décharge réalisé au point e), de préférence sur des décharges à ciel ouvert ou dans des cavités souterraines à remplir pour l'exploitation de mines.
