Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Zelt in Tunnelform mit wenigstens einem Bogen aus elastischem Material, wie Aluminium, Kunststoff oder dgl., an welchem durch zugeordnete Haltemittel einer Plane angeordnet oder geführt ist.
Derartig Zelte sind bekannt, siehe z.B die WO-A-8402065, die ein Zelt mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1 offenbart. Sie verfügen über einen halbkreisförmigen Querschnitt. Dies ist mit dem Nachteil verbunden, dass sich die Bögen und die Zeltwand schon nach wenigen Zentimetern oberhalb des Bodens in Richtung Innenraum erstrecken. Dadurch besteht eine geringe Seitenwindstabilität und der nutzbare Innenraum ist gering.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein Zelt in Tunnelform bereitzustellen, bei welchem insbesondere diese Nachteile bekannter Zelte vermieden sind.
Die Aufgabe wird bei einem Zelt der eingangs genannten Art im Wesentlichen mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Demnach sind die Enden eines Bogens in einem ersten Abstand zueinander fixiert, welcher geringer ist als der Abstand zwischen zwei Kulminationspunkten des Bogens im Bereich der einander gegenüberliegenden Zeltseiten. Dadurch wird ein größerer Widerstand gegen Seitenwind erreicht. In dem Zeltinnenraum entsteht ferner oberhalb des Bodens eine nutzbare Breite, welche die Breite der Zeltstellfläche überschreitet.
Mit dieser Maßnahme geht bei konstantem Stellplatzbedarf eine Vergrößerung des nutzbaren Innenraumes einher.
Gemäß der Erfindung sind weiterhin wenigstens zweite Haltemittel vorgesehen, weiche nach außen an den Kulminationspunkten angreift. Dies bewirkt eine weitere Stabilisierung sowie eine reproduzierbare Lage der Kuiminationspunkte bei wiederholtem Zeltauf- und -abbau.
Wenn das jeweilige Bogenende und eine innerhalb des Bogens belegene Bodenfläche einen Winkel α einschließen, welcher größer als 90°, vorzugsweise mindestens 100° einschließt, ergibt sich gegen Seitenwind ein besonders stabiler Zeltaufbau.
Die Bogenenden können zu ihrer seitlichen Fixierung am Boden, ggf. mit verjüngten Endabschnitten, in den Boden selbst bzw. gesondert festgelegte Aufnahmen eingreifen.
Es hat sich als besonders vorteilhaft erweisen, wenn die Haltemittel als z. B. etwa ein Dreieck beschreibende Abspannvorrichtungen ausgebildet sind, welche wenigstens einen Gurt und/oder wenigstens eine planenseitig feste Lasche aufweisen, welche an den Kulminationspunkten aufgreifen. Der jeweilige Spanngurt lässt sich im Gebrauch beliebig verlängern oder verkürzen. Die Laschen zeichnen sich durch besonders einfache Handhabbarkeit aus.
Wenn die Abspannvorrichtung verstellbar vorgesehen ist, kann die ausgeübte Zugspannung nach belieben an die herrschenden Verhältnisse, bspw. an die Windverhältnisse angepasst werden. Die Zugspannung kann bei gegebener Biegsamkeit des Bogenmaterials dazu beitragen, dem Bogen die gewünschte Form abweichend von der Halbkreisform zu geben.
Es ist weiterhin vorteilhaft, wenn die Höhe h1 der Kulminationspunkte über der Bodenfläche kleiner etwa 1/2 der Gesamtzelthöhe h2 ist, vorzugsweise bei etwa 1/3 der Gesamtzelthöhe h2 liegt. Diese Anordnung hat sich bei hohen Windstärken als besonders standfest erwiesen.
Gemäß einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung bestehen die Bögen aus einem elastischen Werkstoff, wie bspw. Aluminium, Glasfaserwerkstoffe oder Kohlefaserwerkstoff. Um einem elastischen Bogen die gewünschte Krümmung nicht vollständig mit der Abspannvorrichtung aufprägen zu müssen und die Handhabung zu vereinfachen, kann der Bogen plastisch zumindest vorgebogen sein.
Weitere Merkmale, Vorteile und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten der vorliegenden Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen und der Zeichnung. Dabei bilden alle beschriebenen und/oder bildlich dargestellten Merkmale für sich und in beliebiger sinnvoller Kombination den Gegenstand der Erfindung auch unabhängig von ihrer Zusammenfassung in einzelnen Ansprüchen oder deren Rückbeziehung.

Ein Zelt 1 in Tunnelform , wie es aus Fig. 1 hervorgeht, ist mit dem Vorteil verknüpft, dass bei hoher Windstabilität ein großer nutzbarer Innenraum bei geringem Stellplatzbedarf bereitgestellt wird. Wesentlicher Bestandteil des Zelts 1 ist eine Plane 2, die grundsätzlich als Innenzelt oder Außenzelt vorgesehen sein kann. Die Figuren zeigen eine Plane 2 zur Nutzung als Außenzelt. Die Plane 2 weist auf der Außenseite Haltemittel 3 zur Aufnahme und Führung elastischer Bögen 4 auf. Bei den Haltemitteln 3 kann es sich beispielsweise um planenseitig feste, kanalartige Taschen oder Schlaufen handeln, in welche die Bogen 4 eingefädelt werden. Wie aus Fig. 1 zu ersehen ist, sind die Bogenenden 6 und 7 in einem ersten definierten Abstand l1, am Boden festgelegt, der geringer ist als ein zweiter definierter Abstand l2 zwischen zwei äußeren Kulminationspunkten 8, 9 der seitlichen Ausbauchung der Plane 2. Zwischen den beiden Kulminationspunkten 8, 9 erstreckt sich der Bereich maximalen Abstandes l2 (Innenraumbreite). Der maximale Abstands l2 befindet sich in Höhe h1 oberhalb des Bodens B. Der Abstand l1 kann mittels gesonderter Haltemittel z. B in Form einer zugfesten Matte 5, welche den Zeltboden bildet, gesichert sein. Auch kann ein zugfester Gurt anstelle oder zusätzlich zu der Matte 5 vorzusehen sein. Die Haltemittel können auch eine relativ zum Boden festgelegte Aufnahme 10 für das jeweilige Bogenende 6, 7 aufweisen. Bei der Aufnahme 10 kann es sich beispielhaft um eine Öse, Hülse oder ähnliches handeln, in die das Bogenende 6, 7 einführbar ist. Wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, kann das untere Bogenende 7 zapfenförmig verjüngt ausgebildet sein, so dass es einfach mit der Verjüngung in die Aufnahme 10 steckbar ist. Ein dickerer Teil sitzt dabei auf einer Oberseite der Aufnahme 10 auf. Durch zwei Aufnahmen 10 in definiertem Abstand zueinander wird der Abstand l1 der Bogenenden 6, 7 vorgegeben.
Der zwischen einem Bogenende 6, 7 und der unterhalb des Bogens 4 gelegenen Fläche (Standfläche) eingeschlossene Winkel αbeläuft sich für eine verbesserte Standfestigkeit bei starken Windverhältnissen auf größer 90°, vorzugsweise mindestens 100° oder mehr. Der geforderte Winkel> 90° kann durch eine entsprechende, von der Halbkreisform üblicher Tunnelzelte abweichende (gröβere) Einwärtskrümmung oder Einwärtsabwinklung der Bogen 4 im Bereich der Bogenenden 6, 7 verwirklicht sein.
Wie insbesondere aus Fig. 2 hervorgeht, ist ein zweites Haltemittel 12 vorgesehen, welches im Bereich eines Bogens 4 jeweils an den Kulminationspunkten 8, 9 angreift. Das Haltemittel 12 ist als Abspannvorrichtung ausgebildet, die wahlweise einen Gurt 13 mit einem verstellbaren Gurtschloss 14 oder eine nicht dargestellte, planenseitig befestigte spannbare Lasche, deren oberster Punkt mit dem jeweiligen Kulminationspunkt 8, 9 zusammenfällt, aufweist. Es ist vorteilhaft, wenn die Abspannvorrichtung verstellbar ist. Dadurch kann die an den Kulminationspunkten 8, 9 nach außen ansetzende Spannung eingestellt werden. Es ist ferner möglich, zur Fixierung des freien Endes des Gurts 13 oder der Lasche einen Hering 15 in beliebigem Abstand relativ zu der Zeltwand in den Erdboden B einzuschlagen; danach werden die Gurtschlösser 14 auf ihre richtige Länge eingestellt und der Gurt 13 bzw. die Lasche in der erforderlichen Weise gespannt.
Wie aus Fig. 1 hervorgeht, liegen die Kulminationspunkte 8, 9 in einer Höhe h1 über dem Boden B, welche höchstens bei etwa 1/2 der Gesamtzelthöhe h2 liegt, vorzugsweise aber bei etwa 1/3 der Gesamtzelthöhe h2.
Es versteht sich, dass die Bögen 4 aus elastischem Werkstoff, wie bspw. Aluminium, Glasfaserwerkstoff oder Kohlefaserwerkstoff bestehen können. Die Bögen 4 können darüber hinaus aus mehreren Segmenten zusammengesteckt sein. Der Aufbau des Zelts 1 wird erleichtert, wenn die Bögen 4 entsprechend der gewünschten Zeltform wenigstens teilweise vorgebogen sind und so mit Hilfe der Haltemittel 12 unter der erforderlichen Vorspannung in ihrer Form gehalten werden. Beim Zeltaufbau kann der jeweilige Bogen 4 mit Hilfe der als Abspanneinrichtung ausgebildeten Haltemittel 12, 14 auch erst in die endgültig gekrümmte oder abgewinkelte Form gebracht werden.

Claims (8)

  1. Zelt in Tunnelform, mit wenigstens einem Bogen (4), an welchem durch zugeordnete Haltemittel (3) eine Plane (2) angeordnet und ggf. geführt ist, mit einer Fixierung der Bogenenden (6, 7) in einem ersten Abstand (11) voneinander an der Bodenfläche, welcher geringer ist als ein zweiter Abstand (12) zwischen zwei Kulminationspunkten (8, 9) des Bogens (4) im Bereich der einander gegenüberliegenden Zeltseiten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zweite Haltemittel vorgesehen sind, die mit ihrem einem Ende am Kulminationspunkt angreifen und von diesem Punkt nach außen gerichtet sind.
  2. Zelt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das jeweilige Bogenende (6, 7) und eine innerhalb des Bogens (4) belegende Bodenfläche einen Winkel α einschließen, welcher größer als 90°, vorzugsweise - mindestens 100° ist.
  3. Zelt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bogenenden (6, 7) zu ihrer seitlichen Fixierung am Boden (B), ggf. mit verjüngten Endabschnitten, in den Boden (B) selbst bzw. an diesem festgelegte Aufnahmen (10) eingreifen.
  4. Zelt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltemittel (12) als nach außen wirkende an den Kulminationspunkten (8,9) angreifende Abspannvorrichtungen ausgebildet sind.
  5. Zelt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abspannvorrichtungen wenigstens einen Gurt (13) und/oder eine planenseitig feste Lasche aufweisen.
  6. Zelt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels der Abspannvorrichtungen die nach außen an den Kulminationspunkten (8, 9) angreifende Vorspannung einstellbar ist.
  7. Zelt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kulminationspunkte (8, 9) in einer Höhe h1 über der Bodenfläche liegen, wobei h1 kleiner etwa ½ der Gesamtzelthöhe h2 ist, und h1 vorzugsweise etwa 1/3 der Gesamtzelthöhe h2 entspricht.
  8. Zelt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der jeweilige Bogen (4) entsprechend der gewünschten Krümmung und/oder entsprechend dem gewünschten Winkel α wenigstens teilweise vorgebogen ist.
