Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a tent in tunnel shape with at least one Sheet of elastic material, such as aluminum, plastic or the like, on which is arranged or guided by associated holding means of a tarpaulin.
Such tents are known, see for example WO-A-8402065, which has a tent with the features of the preamble of claim 1 disclosed. They have a semi-circular cross-section. This is associated with the disadvantage that the arches and the tent wall after only a few centimeters above the floor towards the interior extend. As a result, there is a low crosswind stability and the usable interior space is low.
Object of the present invention is a tent in tunnel shape in particular those disadvantages of known tents are avoided.
The task is in a tent of the type mentioned in essence solved with the features of claim 1. Accordingly, the ends of a bow fixed at a first distance from each other, which is less than that Distance between two culminating points of the arc in the area of each other opposite tent sides. This will increase your resistance to Crosswind reached. In the tent interior also arises above the ground a usable width which exceeds the width of the tent footprint.
With this measure, an enlargement is necessary with constant space requirements the usable interior.
According to the invention further at least second holding means are provided, soft attacks on the outside at the culmination points. this causes a further stabilization and a reproducible location of the Kuiminationspunkte with repeated tent erection and dismantling.
If the respective end of the sheet and a floor area located inside the sheet include an angle α which is greater than 90 °, preferably includes at least 100 °, results in a particularly stable against crosswinds Pitching.
The bow ends can for their lateral fixation on the ground, possibly with a tapered End sections, in the ground itself or separately specified recordings intervention.
It has proved to be particularly advantageous if the holding means as z. B. about a triangle descriptive guying devices are formed, which at least one belt and / or at least one plane side fixed tab have, which pick up at the culmination points. The respective The tension belt can be extended or shortened in use as desired. The tabs are characterized by particularly easy handling.
If the guying device is provided adjustable, the exercised Tensile stress according to the prevailing conditions, eg. At the Wind conditions are adjusted. The tension can be given at Flexibility of the sheet material help to make the bow the desired To give shape deviating from the semicircular shape.
It is also advantageous if the height h 1 of the culmination points above the bottom surface is smaller than about 1/2 of the total tent height h 2 , preferably about 1/3 of the total tent height h 2 . This arrangement has proven to be particularly stable at high wind speeds.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the sheets are made an elastic material, such as. Aluminum, glass fiber materials or Carbon fiber material. The desired curvature around an elastic curve not completely imprint with the guying device and the To simplify handling, the bow can at least be pre-bent plastically be.
Other features, advantages and applications of the present Invention will become apparent from the following description of exemplary embodiments and the drawing. All are described and / or illustrated illustrated features for themselves and in any meaningful combination the The invention also independent of their summary in individual claims or their dependency.

B in Form
A tent 1 in tunnel form, as is apparent from Fig. 1, is associated with the advantage that with high wind stability, a large usable interior space is provided with low space requirement. An essential part of the tent 1 is a

The located between an

It is understood that the sheets 4 made of elastic material, such as. Aluminum,
Fiberglass material or carbon fiber material can exist. The bows
4 can also be put together from several segments.
The structure of the tent 1 is facilitated when the sheets 4 according to the
desired tent shape are at least partially pre-bent and so with
