Die Kennzeichnung ist insbesondere unter und/oder neben der Beschichtung angeordnet und/oder als Bedruckung und/oder Gravur, insbesondere Lasergravur, und/oder asymmetrische Glaskantenbearbeitung ausgebildet.
Claims (23)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Hausgerätetür zum Verschließen eines Arbeitsraumes, insbesondere Garofentür zum Verschließen eines Garraumes, bei dem wenigstens eine Sichtscheibeauf wenigstens einer Seite mit wenigstens einer ersten Beschichtung und/oderauf einer und/oder beiden Seiten und/oder im Inneren zwischen beiden Seiten mit einer Kennzeichnung versehen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die erste Beschichtung auf der arbeitsraumzugewandten Seite der arbeitsraumzugewandten Sichtscheibe aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der die erste Beschichtung als leicht zu reinigende Beschichtung aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem auf der Seite der Sichtscheibe, die der Seite mit der ersten Beschichtung gegenüberliegt, eine zweite Beschichtung aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, bei dem die zweite Beschichtung als wärmereflektierende Beschichtung aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem mit der Kennzeichnung gekennzeichnet wird, auf welcher Seite der Sichtscheibe sich die erste und/oder zweite Beschichtung befindet und/oder um welche Art der Beschichtung es sich handelt und/oder welche Arbeits- bzw. Arbeitsraumfunktionen angeboten werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei dem die Kennzeichnung durch Bedrucken und/oder Gravieren, insbesondere Lasergravieren, und/oder durch asymmetrische Scheibenbearbeitung, insbesondere Scheibenkantenbearbeitung, erfolgt.
- Hausgerätetür zum Verschließen eines Arbeitsraumes, insbesondere Garofentür zum Verschließen eines Garraumes, insbesondere hergestellt nach einem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, mit wenigstens einer Sichtscheibe, die auf wenigstens einer Seite wenigstens eine erste Beschichtung und/oder auf einer und/oder beiden Seiten und/oder im Inneren zwischen beiden Seiten eine Kennzeichnung trägt.
- Hausgerätetür nach Anspruch 8, bei der die Sichtscheibe eine arbeitsraumzugewandte Innenscheibe ist.
- Hausgerätetür nach Anspruch 9, bei der die erste Beschichtung auf der arbeitsraumzugewandten Seite der Innenscheibe angeordnet ist.
- Hausgerätetür nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, bei der die erste Beschichtung eine Leichtreinigungsbeschichtung, insbesondere eine Antihaftbeschichtung ist.
- Hausgerätetür nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, bei der die erste Beschichtung vollständig oder teilweise transparent ist.
- Hausgerätetür nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, bei der die erste Beschichtung ein Polymer-Harz ist.
- Hausgerätetür nach Anspruch 13, bei der das Polymer-Harz mit sich selbst und der Glasoberfläche der Sichtscheibe chemisch kreuzverbunden ist.
- Hausgerätetür nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, bei der das Polymer-Harz ein integraler Teil des Glases ist.
- Hausgerätetür nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, bei der das Polymer-Harz mit dem Glas verbunden ist und eine multimolekulare Oberfläche bildet.
- Hausgerätetür nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 16, bei der auf der Seite der Sichtscheibe, die der Seite mit der ersten Beschichtung gegenüberliegt, eine zweite Beschichtung angeordnet ist.
- Hausgerätetür nach Anspruch 17, bei der die zweite Beschichtung eine wärmereflektierende Beschichtung ist.
- Hausgerätetür nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 18, bei der mit der Kennzeichnung gekennzeichnet ist, auf welcher Seite der Sichtscheibe sich die erste und/oder zweite Beschichtung befindet und/oder um welche Art der Beschichtung es sich handelt und/oder welche Arbeitsraumfunktionen angeboten werden.
- Hausgerätetür nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 19, bei der die Kennzeichnung innerhalb und/oder außerhalb des beschichteten Bereichs angeordnet ist.
- Hausgerätetür nach Anspruch 8 bis 20, bei der die Kennzeichnung unter der Beschichtung angeordnet ist.
- Hausgerätetür nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 20, bei der die Kennzeichnung eine Bedruckung und/oder Gravur, insbesondere Lasergravur, und/oder eine asymmetrische Scheibenbearbeitung, insbesondere asymmetrische Glaskantenbearbeitung, ist.
- Arbeitsraum, insbesondere Garofenmuffel, mit wenigstens einer Garofentür nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 22, insbesondere hergestellt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
