Claims (13)
- Behältnis (B) mit Verschluss bestehend aus einer Schraubkappe (5) mit Innengewinde (8) und einem daran befestigten, über Sollbruchstellenbrücken (10) verbundenem Garantieband (11) ohne Aufreisslasche, wobei das Behältnis einen zylindrischen Ausguss (3) mit Aussengewinde (4) aufweist, auf dem die Schraubkappe (5) gehalten ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ausguss (3) mindestens ein Schneideelement (20) angeformt ist, welches in unversehrtem Zustand des Verschlusses zwischen zwei benachbarten Sollbruchstellenbrücken (10) hindurch mindestens annähernd radial nach aussen vorsteht.
- Behältnis mit Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Aussen- und Innengewinde (4, 8) so ausgelegt sind, dass die Höhendifferenz zwischen Garantieband-Oberkante (13) und der Schraubkappen-Unterkante (12) erst überwunden ist, nachdem das mindestens eine Schneideelement (20) alle Sollbruchstellenbrücken (10) durchtrennt hat.
- Behältnis (B) mit Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Schneideelemente vorhanden sind, die radial jeweils um ein mehrfaches Plus einen Bruchteil des Abstandes (D) zwischen benachbarten Sollbruchstellenbrücken (10) versetzt sind, so dass beim Verdrehen der Schraubkappe (5) immer nur ein Schneideelement (20) mit einer zu trennenden Sollbruchstellenbrücke (10) in Kontakt ist und folglich alle Sollbruchstellenbrücken (10) nacheinander durchtrennbar sind (Fig. 5).
- Behältnis (B) mit Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei im gleichmässigen Abstand zueinander am Umfang verteilte Schneideelemente (20) vorhanden sind, während die Sollbruchstellenbrücken (10) am Umfang ungleichmässig verteilt sind, so dass beim Verdrehen der Schraubkappe immer nur ein Schneideelement mit einer zu trennenden Sollbruchstellenbrücke (10) in Kontakt ist und folglich alle Sollbruchstellenbrücken (10) nacheinander durchtrennbar sind (Fig. 6).
- Behältnis (B) mit Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehr als zwei Schneideelemente (20) vorhanden sind, von denen maximal zwei gleichzeitig mit jeweils einer Sollbruchstellenbrücke (10) in Kontakt sind.
- Behältnis (B) mit Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass drei oder mehr Schneideelemente (20) vorhanden sind, von denen maximal drei gleichzeitig mit jeweils einer Sollbruchstellenbrücke (10) in Kontakt sind.
- Behältnis (B) mit Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sollbruchstellenbrücken (10) von der Garantieband-Oberkante (13) zur Schraubkappen-Unterkante (12) hin spitz zulaufend sind.
- Behältnis (B) mit Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das eine Schneideelement (20) oder die Schneideelemente (20) im montierten Zustand, vor der Erstöffnung, mindestens annähernd an der Unterkante (12) der Schraubkappe (5) anliegt beziehungsweise anliegen.
- Behältnis (B) mit Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich zum mindestens einen Schneideelement (20) weitere radial nach aussen gerichtete Stütznocken (16) am Ausguss (3) angeformt sind, die zur Abstützung der Schraubkappe (5) bei der Montage dienen.
- Behältnis (B) mit Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Garantieband (11) vom Schraubkappenrand (12) konisch nach aussen und unten sich verbreitend geformt ist.
- Behältnis (B) mit Verschluss nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere nach aussen vorstehende Kante (19) des Garantiebandes mindestens gleich weit nach aussen ragt als das mindestens eine Schneideelement (20) in radialer Richtung nach aussen vorsteht.
- Behältnis (B) mit Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Schneideelement (20) die Form einer Finne oder eines Sägezahns hat, deren in Abschraubrichtung vorne liegende Kante (21) so zur Radialrichtung geneigt läuft, dass beim Abschrauben die Kante die Sollbruchstellenbrücken (10) von aussen zum Zentrum hin zieht und durchtrennt, während die in Aufschraubrichtung vordere Kante (22) so zur Radialrichtung geneigt ist, dass beim Aufschrauben die Sollbruchstellenbrücken (10) elastisch nach aussen verformt werden, ohne dass eine Trennung erfolgt.
- Behältnis (B) mit Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraubkappe (5) und der Ausguss (3) je ein Positionierungsmittel (18) aufweisen, die zur Bestimmung der radialen Ausrichtung der beiden Teile zueinander dienen und damit eine Montage durch axiales Zusammenstossen von Schraubkappe und Ausguss ermöglichen, bei dem die Gewinde (4, 8) übereinander stossbar sind.
