Claims (6)
- Schraubkappe (1) aus Kunststoff und ein Behältnis aus Kunststoff oder Weichmaterial mit einem Ausguss (2), wobei die Schraubkappe ein am unteren, umlaufenden Rand (4) der Mantelwand (7) angeordnetes Garantieband (5) aufweist, welches über Sollbruchstege (6) mit dem unteren Rand der Mantelwand (7) der Schraubkappe verbunden ist, wobei das Garantieband (5) endlos und laschenfrei ist und der Ausguss (2) mit gegenüber dem Zentrum nach aussen vorstehenden Formschlussmitteln (11) versehen ist, die mit Ausnehmungen im Garantieband (5) so im Eingriff sind, dass eine Drehbewegung der Schraubkappe (1) eine Scherkraft auf die Sollbruchstege (6) bewirkt und somit das Garantieband (5) von der Schraubkappe abscherbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmungen im Garantieband (5) in Form von Durchbrüchen (13,15) vorhanden sind, die mit ihrer Oberkante fluchtend in der Trennebene (T) zwischen Schraubkappenmantelwand (7) und dem Garantieband (5) liegen, wobei das Garantieband bezüglich der Mantelwand konisch nach aussen gerichtet verläuft und die Formschlussmittel (11) am Ausguss (2) radial nach aussen verlaufen und in die Durchbrüche hineinragen, wobei die Unterknute der Mantelwand (7) direkt auf sie aufsetzt. - Schraubkappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formschlussmittel (11) am Ausguss radial nach aussen vorstehende Rippen (16) sind, die hintergrifffrei auf der Aussenseite des Ausgusses (2) in dessen Achsialrichtung verlaufend angeordnet sind und sich bis auf einen Flansch (8) des Ausgusses (2) oder auf das Behältnis hinunter erstrecken.
- Schraubkappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraubkappe (1) ein mehrgängiges Feingewinde (17) aufweist, welches mit einem entsprechenden Feingewinde (10) am Ausguss eingreift.
- Schraubkappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Formschlussmittel (11) mindestens ein Nocken (12) ist, der die Ausnehmung im Garantieband durchsetzt, und dass der Nocken (12) mindestens teilweise vom Garantieband (5) hintergriffen (19) ist.
- Verfahren zur Montage einer Schraubkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraubkappe (1) axial fluchtend auf den Ausguss (2) aufgesetzt wird, bis zu einer Winkelposition verdreht wird, bei der die Formschlussmittel (11) mit den Ausnehmungen (13) in der korrekten Winkellage übereinander liegen, und danach auf den Ausguss (2) aufgedrückt wird.
- Verfahren zur Montage einer Schraubkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Schraubkappe (1) und der Ausguss (2) in einer fest vorgegebenen Winkellage zueinander orientiert und in der orientierten Position aufeinander gesetzt werden und danach die Schraubkappe auf den Ausguss aufgedrückt wird.
