Claims (19)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasserabweisend ausgerüsteten Aramidgewebes umfassend die Schrittea) Vorlegen eines Aramidgarns,b) Applizieren eines wasserabweisenden Mittels auf das Aramidgarn,c) Trocknen des in Schritt b) resultierenden Aramidgarns,d) Herstellen eines Gewebes aus dem in Schritt c) resultierenden Aramidgarn unde) Wärmebehandlung des Gewebes.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt a) das Aramidgarn im Spinnprozess nach Verlassen des Waschbades vorgelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt a) als Aramidgarn ein Garn aus Poly-p-phenylenterephthalamid vorgelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt b) als wasserabweisendes Mittel ein Mittel eingesetzt wird, das Fluor- und Kohlenstoffatome umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt b) als wasserabweisendes Mittel ein Mittel eingesetzt wird, das ein Gemisch aus Fluoracrylatpolymeren umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wasserabweisende Mittel ein Antistatikum enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wasserabweisende Mittel ein Schmiermittel enthält.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt b) des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens das wasserabweisende Mittel in Form einer wässrigen Emulsion auf das Aramidgarn appliziert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt b) das wasserabweisende Mittel in der wässrigen Emulsion in einer Konzentration im Bereich von 20 bis 300 g/l enthalten ist.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt b) das Applizieren durch Führen des Aramidgarns über eine Walze geschieht, die in ein Bad eintaucht, welches die wässrige Emulsion des wasserabweisenden Mittels enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt b) die wässrige Emulsion eine Temperatur im Bereich von 15 bis 35 °C hat.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt c) das in Schritt b) resultierende Aramidgarn bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 130 bis 210 °C getrocknet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt c) die Trocknungszeit des in Schritt b) resultierenden Aramidgarns im Bereich von 5 bis 15 Sekunden liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt d) ein Gewebe in Leinwandbindung hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt e) die Wärmebehandlungstemperatur im Bereich von 120 bis 200 °C liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt e) die Wärmebehandlungszeit im Bereich von 30 bis 120 Sekunden liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach Schritt e) das Gewebe 0,001 bis 0,02 g an wasserabweisendem Mittel / g Gewebe enthält.
- Wasserabweisend ausgerüstetes Aramidgewebe hergestellt nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 17.
- Verwendung des wasserabweisend ausgerüsteten Aramidgewebes nach Anspruch 18 zur Herstellung von antiballistisch wirksamen Artikeln.
