Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Gargeräts (1) mit einem Garraum (7), dem mittels einer Heizeinrichtung (13, 15) eine Wärmemenge zugeführt wird, in welchem Verfahren in einem Regelintervall (t2, t4, t6) eine Garraumtemperatur auf einen Sollwert (Tsoll1, Tsoll2) geregelt wird, in einem dem Regelintervall (t2, t4, t6) folgenden Steuerintervall (t3, t5, t7) die Garraumtemperatur nicht geregelt wird, sondern unabhängig vom Sollwert (Tsoll1, Tsoll2) dem Garraum (7) keine oder eine bestimmte Wärmemenge zugeführt wird, und nach dem Ende des Steuerintervalls (t3, t5, t7) die Garraumtemperatur in einer Nachregelung auf den Sollwert (Tsoll1, Tsoll2) geregelt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerintervall (t3, t5, t7) vorzeitig unterbrochen wird, wenn sich zumindest eine Einflussgröße ändert, die das Zeitverhalten der Garraumtemperatur im Regelintervall (t2, t4, t6) und/oder im Steuerintervall (t3, t5, t7) beeinflusst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einflussgröße durch den Sollwert (Tsoll1, Tsoll2) gebildet wird, dessen Änderung das Zeitverhalten der Garraumtemperatur beeinflusst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einflussgröße durch eine im Betrieb des Gargeräts einstellbare Betriebsart gebildet wird, deren Änderung das Zeitverhalten der Garraumtemperatur beeinflusst.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einflussgröße durch eine Störgröße gebildet wird, bei deren Änderung sich die Garraumtemperatur unerwünscht ändert, etwa eine durch ein Öffnen des Garraums (7) erhöhte Wärmeableitung aus dem Garraum (7).
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerintervall (t3, t5, t7) erst unterbrochen wird, wenn der zeitliche Kurvenverlauf der Garraumtemperatur in einem Steigungswinkel (α) fällt, der größer als ein vorbestimmter Steigungswinkel ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unmittelbar nach der vorzeitigen Unterbrechung des Steuerintervalls (t3, t5, t7) die Nachregelung auf den Sollwert (Tsoll1, Tsoll2) einsetzt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei unveränderter Einflussgröße das Steuerintervall (t3, t5, t7) nach Ablauf einer vorgegebenen Zeitdauer beendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei unveränderter Einflussgröße das Steuerintervall (t3, t5, t7) beendet wird, sobald die Garraumtemperatur unter eine vorgegebene Temperaturgrenze (Tgrenz) fällt.
