Dabei neigt sich in der Figur 2 der zeitliche Kurvenverlauf der Garraumtemperatur in einem Steigungswinkel α nach unten, der größer als ein in der Regelungseinrichtung gespeicherter Steigungswinkel ist. Die Regeleinrichtung 19 unterbricht daher das Steuerintervall t5 vorzeitig, d. h. um eine zeitliche Differenz Δt vor dem eigentlichen Ende des Steuerintervalls t5. Anschließend schaltet die Regeleinrichtung 19 auf eine erneute Nachregelung. Nach der vorzeitigen Unterbrechung des Steuerintervalls t5 regelt die Regelungseinrichtung 19 in einem dritten Regelungsintervall t6 die Garraumtemperatur auf den neuen Sollwert Tsoll2. Die Steuerintervalle bzw.
