Claims (15)
- Leitplanke, die bestimmt ist, sich entlang eines Fahrzeugverkehrsweges zu erstrecken und die aus mehreren aneinandergereihten Elementen gebildet ist, d.h. zumindest einem Horizontalholm (B), der sich an der Seite des Verkehrswegs befindet, Vertikalstützen (1), die in die Erde hinter dem Holm (B) eingesetzt sind und dazu bestimmt sind, im Fall eines heftigen Stoßes zurückzuweichen, und Abstandshaltern (3), die zwischen den Holm (B) und die Vertikalstützen (1) zwischengefügt sind, wobei die Leitplanke eine Zurückhaltevorrichtung für verunglückte Fahrzeuge bildet und zu diesem Zweck insgesamt einen gewissen Widerstandswert gegenüber dem Stoß durch nicht elastisches Biegen hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Abstandshalter (3) zumindest zwei unterschiedliche Strukturteile aufweist, damit dieser zumindest zwei ungleiche Widerstandswerte gegenüber dem Stoß aufweist, wobei ein Teil, der den schwächsten Widerstanderstandswert hat und als "flexibler Teil" bezeichnet wird (31, Zd1, Zd2, Zd, Zd3, 82, 92, 103, 121, 143), und ein Teil, der den stärksten Widerstandswert hat und als "starrer Teil" bezeichnet wird (32, Zr, 81, 91, Zr2, Zr3, 144), hintereinander in Bezug auf die hintere Fläche des Holms (B) angeordnet sind, wobei der flexible Teil kalibriert ist, um sich in erster Linie unter der Wirkung eines Stoßes zu verformen und der starre Teil aus vier Flächen im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Verformungsebene (P) gebildet ist, um den Holm/die Holme beabstandet zu den Vertikalstützen zu halten und die Energie des Stoßes zu den Vertikalstützen vollständig zu übertragen, damit sich diese vor dem starren Teil verformen.
- Leitplanke nach Anspruch 1, wobei jeder Abstandshalter (3) aus zumindest zwei Stücken (40 und 50) im Westlichen in U-Form zusammengesetzt ist, die zwei Flügel (41-42 und 51-52) und einen Kern (43 und 53) aufweisen, die teilweise versetzt ineinander senkrecht in einer solchen Form angeordnet sind, dass in dem Bedeckungsbereich (Zr) ein starrer Kasten (33) ausgebildet, der durch die vier Flächen (41, 42, 51 und 52) der Stücke (40 und 50) abgegrenzt ist, die durch eine beliebige bekannte Einrichtung verbunden sind, eines der U-Stücke (40) vor dem Befestigen am Vertikalständer (1) mittels einer Schraube (A) und das andere vor dem Befestigen an dem Holm (B) durch eine beliebige bekannte Einrichtung.
- Leitplanke nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Teile der Flächen (41, 42, 51 und 52) von den zwei U-Stücken (40 und 50), die den Bedeckungsbereich (Zr) bilden, miteinander durch Schweißverbindungen (S) verbunden sind.
- Leitplanke nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Abstandshalter (3) für jede Vertikalstütze (1) individuell ist.
- Leitplanke nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die Segmente aufweist, die Abstandshalter (3) haben, bei denen entsprechend einer Länge, die zumindest gleich dem die zwei Vertikalstützen (1) trennenden Abstand ist, eine Kontinuität besteht.
- Leitplanke nach Anspruch 5, bei der nur eines der U-Stücke (120) von einigen zumindest der Abstandshalter (3) kontinuierlich ist, wobei die anderen U-Stücke (121) von diesen Abstandshaltern (3) punktuell sind und sich auf der gleichen Höhe von jeder Vertikalstütze (1) befinden, wie auch gegebenenfalls zusätzlich zwischen den Vertikalstützen (1).
- Leitplanke nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der flexible Teil (31, Zd, Zd3, 82, 92, 103, 121, 143) von jedem Abstandshalter (3) vorn angeordnet ist und den Holm (B) trägt und der starre Teil (32, Zr, 81, 91, Zr2, 144) hinten angeordnet ist und an dem Vertikalständer (1) mittels einer Schraube (A) befestigt ist.
- Leitplanke nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der starre Teil (32, Zr, 81, 91, 101, 102, 120, 144) von jedem Abstandshalter (3) vorn angeordnet ist und den Holm (B) trägt und der flexible Teil (31, Zd, 82, 92, 103, 121, 143) hinten angeordnet ist und an dem Vertikalständer (1) mittels einer Schraube (A) befestigt ist.
- Leitplanke nach Anspruch 1, wobei jeder Abstandshalter (3) zumindest einen starren Teil (Zr) und zumindest zwei flexible Teile (Zd1, Zd2) aufweist, die alternieren.
- Leitplanke nach Anspruch 1, wobei jeder Abstandshalter (3) zumindest einen flexiblen Teil und zumindest zwei starre Teile aufweist.
- Leitplanke nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der verformbare Teil (103) Abschwächungslinien (P3, P4) aufweist, die eine bevorzugte Verformungsrichtung bestimmen.
- Leitplanke nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Abstandshalter (3) einen flexiblen Teil (103), einen starren Teil (101, 102) und zumindest ein Element (S') aufweist, dessen Widerstand kalibriert ist, um im Fall des Stoßes bevorzugt zu brechen.
- Leitplanke nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Stücke, die die flexiblen und starren Teile bilden, aus Materialien unterschiedlicher Natur gebildet sind, die ungleiche Widerstandswerte in Bezug auf den Stoß haben.
- Leitplanke nach Anspruch 1, wobei eines der U-Stücke (120) der Abstandshalter (3) zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Vertikalstützen (1) kontinuierlich ist, das andere U-Stück (122) der Abstandshalter auf der Höhe von jeder Stütze (1) und anschließend zwischen den Stützen (1) punktuell ist.
- Leitplanke nach Anspruch 14, die zumindest eine Längsverstärkung (140) aufweist, die sich entgegengesetzt zum Verkehrsweg in Bezug auf den Holm (B) befindet und die sich an einem Ort der Leitplanke befindet, an dem sich ein hervortretendes Hindernis (R), wie ein Baum, ein Teil eines Betonbauwerks oder Äquivalentes befindet, wobei die Verstärkung aus einem starren Teil (141) und einem flexiblen Teil (142) gebildet ist und die Verstärkung zwischen zwei Stützen (1) durch den Holm (B) gehalten wird, der an diesen Stützen durch Abstandshalter (3) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche befestigt ist, und wobei der flexible Teil (142) durch punktuelle, verformbare U-Stücke (143) gebildet ist, während der starre Teil (141) aus einem kontinuierlichen U-Stück (144), das sehr wenig verformbar ist, gebildet ist, wobei die gemeinsamen Teile zwischen dem kontinuierlichen U-Stück (144) und den punktuellen U-Stücken (143) nicht verformbare Kästen bilden.
