Claims (8)

  1. Procédé pour courber des panneaux de plâtre, comprenant principalement les étapes de : courber et assembler simultanément, par pression entre une partie de moule femelle (C, F) et une partie de moule mâle (D, G) d'une presse de formage appropriée, deux ou plusieurs panneaux de plâtre (A,B) superposés, formés chacun par une plaque de plâtre (2, 5) prise en sandwich entre deux couches de carton (1, 3, 4 , 6), après étalement préalable d'un agent de liaison approprié à base d'eau, de façon à imprégner et à ramollir plus efficacement les couches de carton (1, 3, 4 , 6) à ajuster et à lier dans une configuration courbée.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que l'étape d'étalement de l'agent de liaison à base d'eau consiste à imprégner les couches en carton (1, 3, 4 , 6) qui doivent être liées de façon à les rendre malléables, et à faciliter leur courbure, tandis que l'étape de mise en courbure comprend pour les plaques de plâtre adjacentes (2, 5), qui sont rigides, la formation d'une succession de fractures radiales (7) qui divergent vers l'extérieur de la courbure selon des intervalles qui peuvent varier selon le rayon de courbure établi et l'épaisseur desdites plaques de plâtre.
  3. Procédé selon les revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que l'étape de mise sous pression mise en oeuvre pour les panneaux de plâtre (A, B) à courber et à assembler selon une configuration superposée, est réalisée pendant le temps nécessaire à l'évaporation de la base aqueuse et pendant le positionnement de l'agent de liaison à base d'eau, et consiste à stabiliser la courbure imprimée par la presse de formage, en soumettant les couches de carton (1, 3, 4, 6) de chaque panneau de plâtre (A, B) à une déformation, qui est une déformation d'extension pour la couche à l'extérieur de la courbure et une déformation de compression pour la couche à l'intérieur de ladite courbure, pour atteindre un équilibre permanent, stable, des contraintes de courbure opposées des deux couches de carton qui appartiennent à des panneaux différents et sont directement soumises pour affecter la liaison.
  4. Procédé selon les revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à étaler dans ladite étape d'étalement, les panneaux de plâtre (A, B) à assembler selon une configuration courbée pour la liaison, avec de l'adhésif vinylique à base d'eau ou un autre agent de liaison approprié à base d'eau.
  5. Procédé selon les revendications 1, 2 et 3,
    caractérisé en ce que le temps de maintien des panneaux de plâtre (A, B) à l'intérieur de la presse de formage pendant ladite étape de mise sous pression est réduit de façon significative par l'intermédiaire d'une étape d'étalement supplémentaire consistant à étaler sur les surfaces à assembler des bandes ou des lames d'adhésif vinylique à base d'eau alternées avec des bandes ou des lames de colle thermofusible, comme de la résine d'urée autodurcissante en solution aqueuse, qui a des temps de prise inférieurs à l'adhésif vinylique.
  6. Procédé selon les revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que l'étape de mise en courbure consiste de plus, de façon à assurer une courbure identique et exacte aux panneaux de plâtre (A, B) à assembler et une répartition sensiblement uniforme des fractures radiales (7) dans les plaques de plâtre (2, 5) desdits panneaux (A, B), pendant l'introduction desdits panneaux (A, B) entre la partie de moule femelle (F) et la partie de moule mâle (G) de la presse de formage, à agencer latéralement, le long desdits panneaux (A, B), une tôle métallique souple (E), qui est agencée de sorte que, après l'étape de mise sous pression, la tôle métallique (E) se trouve à l'extérieur de la courbure formée par les panneaux de plâtre (A, B).
  7. Procédé selon les revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend de plus l'étape de prévoir une pluralité de galets libres (H), agencés au niveau des bords de la cavité de la partie de moule femelle (F) avec les axes de ceux-ci parallèles à la génératrice de la courbure de la partie de moule femelle (F), convertir en frottement de roulement un quelconque frottement avec la tôle métallique souple (E) ou, avec les panneaux de plâtre (A) et (B) seuls, lors de la poussée de l'ensemble des panneaux par l'action de la partie de moule mâle (G), pour descendre par force dans la partie de moule femelle (F) de façon à prendre la forme qui est prédéterminée dans la presse de formage.
  8. Panneaux de plâtre courbés par l'intermédiaire d'un procédé tel qu'indiqué ci-dessus dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 - 7,
    caractérisé en ce qu'ils sont constitués par des composants courbés, formés par la liaison par compression de deux ou de plusieurs panneaux de plâtre superposés (A, B), comprenant chacun au moins une plaque de plâtre (2, 5) disposée entre deux couches de carton (1, 3, 4, 6), ayant des parties courbées de profils de différentes formes, lesdites plaques de plâtre (2, 5) comprenant une succession de fractures radiales (7) qui divergent vers l'extérieur de la courbure de celles-ci et sont agencées selon des intervalles qui peuvent varier en fonction du rayon de courbure et de l'épaisseur desdites plaques de plâtre (2, 5).
