Claims (11)
- Kolbenpresse zum Auspressen von Flüssigkeiten aus insbesondere Wäsche (11) mit einem Presskorb (22) zur Aufnahme insbesondere der Wäsche (11), und mit einem Pressstempel (17), der eine Stempelplatte (20) und einen elastischen Polsterkörper (31) aufweist, wobei der Polsterkörper (31) über eine Ringwandung (33) verfügt, die mit einem oberen Randbereich unter der Stempelplatte (20) befestigbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Bereich der Ringwandung (33) an einer Innenseite mindestens ein Haltemittel aufweist, das mit einem den oberen Rand der Ringwandung (33) umgebenen Klemmring (37) korrespondiert.
- Kolbenpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dem Haltemittel an der Innenseite der Ringwandung (33) gegenüberliegende obere Bereich der Außenseite der Ringwandung (33) unprofiliert, vorzugsweise glatt, ausgebildet ist.
- Kolbenpresse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Bereich der Außenseite der Ringwandung (33) mit einer unprofilierten, vorzugsweise glatten Anlagefläche (Stützwandung 42) an der Stempelplatte (20) korrespondiert.
- Kolbenpresse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlagefläche (Stützwandung 42) schräg verläuft, insbesondere in Richtung zu einer Unterseite des Polsterkörpers (31) nach außen, vorzugsweise mindestens im Bereich der schrägen Anlagefläche (Stützwandung 42) der Stempelplatte (20) die Außenseite der Ringwandung (33) des Polsterkörpers (31) nach der Befestigung desselben an der Stempelplatte (20) schräg verläuft.
- Kolbenpresse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltemittel als eine umlaufende Wulst (38) am oberen Bereich der Innenseite der Ringwandung (33) ausgebildet ist, wobei vorzugsweise die Wulst (38) vom oberen Rand (34) der Ringwandung (33) geringfügig beabstandet ist, wobei vorzugsweise die insbesondere etwa einen halbkreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweisende Wulst (38) einen gerundeten Übergang mindestens zum darunter liegenden Teil der Ringwandung (33) aufweist.
- Kolbenpresse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemmring (37) der Innenseite der Ringwandung (33) zugeordnet ist, derart, dass ein oberer Endbereich der Ringwandung (33) den Klemmring (37) umgibt, vorzugsweise der Klemmring (37) an seiner Außenseite so ausgebildet ist, dass die Außenseite des Klemmrings (37) mindestens teilweise mit der Wulst (38) an der Innenseite der Ringwandung (33) des Polsterkörpers (31) korrespondiert.
- Kolbenpresse zum Auspressen von Flüssigkeiten aus insbesondere Wäsche (11) mit einem Presskorb (22) zur Aufnahme insbesondere der Wäsche (11), und mit einem Pressstempel (17), der eine Stempelplatte (20) und einen elastischen Polsterkörper (31) aufweist, wobei der Polsterkörper (31) über eine umlaufende Ringwandung (33) verfügt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ringwandung (33) eine in Richtung zur Stempelplatte (20) hin zunehmende Wandstärke aufweist.
- Kolbenpresse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandstärke der Ringwandung (33) zur Stempelplatte (20) hin kontinuierlich zunimmt, vorzugsweise über nahezu die gesamte Höhe der Ringwandung (33), insbesondere bis zur Wulst (38), und bevorzugt die Wandstärke der Ringwandung (33) von 15 mm bis 25 mm an der Unterseite auf 25 mm bis 35 mm im Bereich der Wulst (38) kontinuierlich zunimmt.
- Kolbenpresse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ringwandung (33) im entlasteten, mit der Stempelplatte (20) noch unverbundenen Zustand über einen wesentlichen zylindrischen oberen Bereich (46) verfügt, während ein unterer Bereich (47) der Ringwandung (33) leicht schräg nach unten hin sich erweitert, insbesondere die Länge des zylindrischen oberen Bereichs (46) der Ringwandung (33) mehr als die halbe Höhe der Ringwandung (33) beträgt, vorzugsweise etwa zwei Drittel der Höhe der Ringwandung (33).
- Kolbenpresse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Innenseite der Ringwandung (33) zwischen einer unteren Endfläche (Membran 32) des Polsterkörpers (31) und der Unterseite der Wulst (38) geradlinig mit einem gleichbleibenden schrägen Verlauf sich erstreckt, insbesondere mit in Richtung zur Wulst (38) schräg nach innen weisender Richtung, wobei vorzugsweise die Innenfläche der Ringwandung (33) über einen gegenüber einer Vertikalen um 2° bis 6° schrägen Verlauf verfügt, bevorzugt etwa 4° bis 5°.
- Kolbenpresse, insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Polsterkörper (31) aus einem Elastomer gebildet ist, vorzugsweise ein Grundmaterial aus Naturkautschuk oder Synthesekautschuk, und dieses Grundmaterial mit einem Additiv aus einem GUR (hochmolekulares Polyethylen) und/oder EPDM (Ethylen-Popylen-Dien-Polymethylen) versehen ist.
